I miss you so much

Sammy has been gone almost 6 months and I miss him everyday. I have pictures everywhere and I still cry myself to sleep sometimes. It's unbelievable how a dog becomes a child and the grief you feel is unmeasureable. My heart is with you my dear sammy J.

Rest in Peace Angel

Sammy Johnson was killed by a dog on Wednesday 29th of April 2009. The lab we adopted was used for fighting and the agency never told us that. We came home to find Sammy and Toby killed in their own backyard. The agency is now being looked into, but that doesn't bring my babies back! My angels are now in heaven waiting for us. I love you babies......

Long Time

WOW it's been awhile since I have been online. Well there has been some new things in my life that I am pretty happy about. I turned three on Sept 1! Happy Birthday to me :) We got a new addition to the family. Mommy and Daddy got him from a lady that found him in a box on the side of the road. He was tiny when he came here but now he's pretty big. We know he's part german shepard but we don't know what else he is. I like him. I have shown him the ropes a little bit, I taught him to swim this summer too. He was kind of a sissy when he first got here. Toby likes him, they keep each other company while I play ball! We got a new place now....on 500 acres, we have a pond, a river, and all the land we could dream of. It's great out here b/c mommy lets us run and play all day as long as she's at home. We get dirty and smell like outdoor dogs! We are getting ready for the fall, some of the leaves are falling and I love to chase them around the yard. I can't wait for lots of leaves to be on the ground! I am taking my fall 2007 pictures soon and I will be posting them on my site. That should be fun b/c I like having my picture taken. :)
Well just thought I would drop a line out to all my friends and say hi! I hope you guys and girls are doing good.

Hey there all it's Sammy. Yea like Toby said we had a UNfun time at the VET the other day. He thinks he got it bad BUT I got the ears and the rear!! IT was not a good day for me. Mommy made it up though, she always does in one way or another. I was brave at the Dr and only cried a little when they were messing with my ears.
When we went to the park though it showed us that mommy & daddy still DO love us. We had a blast and we were the only dogs there. We swam and fetched sticks...it was the greatest ever. I feel like I'm getting back into shape!!
Well it's time for bed now. Hope all of you out there are good and are loved as much as we are!!

Summer's Here

Hello everyone how are you? I guess that Toby told you about our horrible stay at the kennel. Mommy took us there for a week while they went to Florida! I didn't care much for that place. They didnt let me play ball and you all know how I feel about that. Other than that I have been loving the warm weather. We get to play outside almost every single day, we have some freinds too. I heard that tomorrow I have a Dr's appointment to get my ears checked. They have been hurting me alot lately. I am not happy about that, BUT as long as they dont touch my behind like the last time!! That was horrible.

A Good Week!!

Hello to all of you out there! Well my grandma just left and went back home but we had a great visit. The last time she saw me I was only 8 weeks old....now I'm a big boy. We enjoyed her being here b/c she spoiled us like Mommy does! I even played ball with her and she liked it, of course I overdid it like I do with Mommy and Daddy. It's cold out again so we are stuck in the house which is boring. We can't play as much plus Toby gets bored and takes my toys. He thinks he can do whatever he wants around here b/c he's the baby! Anyway just thought I'd update my journal with my fun week. Later mommy will post new pictures of grandma and us having fun. Talk to you later

Hello

Hi everyone....it's been so long since I have been on my website. If you have read Toby's journal than you know that my Daddy was in a bad car accident! He is home now and so is my mom, she was gone to the hospital with my Dad. We are somewhat back to normal now. My grandma from Utah came to see my Daddy and help Mommy take care of him. She is very nice, she brought us a toy with her!! Toby pretty much claimed it though...he's kind of a suck up that way. I still have my ball so life is good. I love our new place b/c I can look out the windows and see everything. Mom lets us go out alone sometimes and we can chase the neighbors cats around! I like that. I am very excited about the summer comming. When it gets warm then mom takes us swimming and stuff. I love to swim it makes me feel nice!! Anyway I can't take too long but I wanted to say hi to everyone and let them know we didn't forget about you all. Hugs and licks to all of you out there.

DIVE....

Hey everone how are you? I would like to update you on my ball "problem" well it is no more!! I have found something I love even more than that. I love to swim in the bathtub...mom throws pony tail holders in and I catch them before they sink. I LOVE it...she lets me play for awhile in the bathtub several times a week. I dive way under the water and hold my breathe for awhile then I bring up hair ties. Toby has learned to do it as well...we both play for a long time until our eyes hurt from the water. Mom takes pitures and laughs....we like to make her laugh! We got some snow this last week and that is fun...I guess Toby already shared his "mishap' with you all but I just wanted to say again was a sissy he is. He has really turned out to be a momma's boy!! I'm teaching him to be tuff about it though....now that he's the laughing stock of the apartment complex. :)
Other than that nothing really going on...just spending time with our parents and loving it. Guess I'll talk to you all later.

A new Ball....

Hi everone this is Sammy. I have some great news....mom and dad bought me a new ball for Christmas. I was so excited b/c I got to play with it all day long. It was the greatest! We got alot from Santa this year which is good b/c I was kind of worried about that. I have had some accidents in the house this year and I have gotten Toby in trouble too. It worked out well though! We are waiting the arrival of our stroller though...that will be the best. They can take us everywhere once we get that!!

I LOVE Christmas time.....

I thought I would write and say hi to all my friends out there! I had a great weekend. Mom & Dad went shopping and bought stuff for Christmas...well then they wrapped the boxes in pretty shiny paper with real chewy things on it! It must be some new game b/c when Toby and I grab a shiny thing and run off mom comes and takes it from us and puts it back on the box. It's fun! Plus she bought candy canes and they are so good. She gave me and Toby one and now we can go to the tree whenever we want to and get one. I have decided that I like the holidays...they are fun. Mom says that we are getting stuff for Christmas too..I hope it is from Petco....that place is the coolest. After I played in the pretty shiny paper this weekend mom let me swim in the bathtub!! She will be posting pics later on. She would throw things in the water and let me dive for them, but I had to stay in the tub so I didn't make a mess.
It was a pretty fun weekend I must say. Well I hope all you are doing good and getting plenty of chew toys! Talk to you later.
