Hi pups,
I was sick a few days ago. I got in a terrible accident involving my strange eating habits. Somehow, I got hold of a rubber glove *scary music* and swallowed it whole before Mom could stop me. It wasn't good for my stomach and I had to go to hospital. Not a very good experience for any of us. They were going to perform surgery, but decided they wouldn't yet. If it starts making me sick again, they probably will. :-( I'm recovering at home right now. I hope this all finishes soon and I don't have to do anything serious to heal.
Woofs,
Marvin

Hey Diary! I'm on my honeymoon now! The wedding was great- I couldn't believe it as I took my ring and put it on Tanya's paw. Then the priest said, "You may kiss the bride." I took Tanya's paws, looked into her eyes, pulled her close and gave her a kiss on the lips. Then my thoughts said to me, "She's your wife now..." We went out and got in the waiting carraige as people threw flowers and ribbon at us, and quickly went home. The horses waited as we went in to get our bags and say goodbye. My family and Tan's were both there to wish us luck. Keira and Mandy, who are now the servant girls, were crying as we put our bags in the cart. "We'll miss you so much!" they sobbed as we were about to get in. "It's all right, you have each other- you have a lot in common. For one thing, you were both princesses that have just become servants. You like having makeovers, being girly and stuff like that. It'll be a great two months for all of us!" I consoled them. We gave everyone one last hug and hopped in. Time to go! There was a plane just for us with silk mattresses and a plasma TV and heaps of food! As it took off, we all said hi- my son-in-law Zack and his wife Cleo (my daughter-in-law-in-law), my cousin Francis and his wife Milly, and- where were the heavenboys and heavengirls Ronan, Bub, Socksy and Midge? Oh, no! Then we remembered. They'd come from heaven to our private island. We'd meet them there. So after having dinner (that was the best dinner I had ever had in my entire life!!!) I looked for a romantic DVD and turned on one on the TV. We got into our fold-out-beds to watch and as the night got older, I realised more- I'm married. Tanya and I snuggled up and as I fell asleep in the warm bed with her, I felt like this would be the greatest honeymoon ever. And so far I was right! This morning the plane descended onto Honeymoon Island, and we grabbed our bags, folded up the beds, put the DVD away and got out. It was everything they said it would be! A five-storey resort with a loveheart on top, a pool in the midst of a tropical garden, a beach where the ocean wan't too cold or too hot, everything we wanted. We checked in, put our bags in our rooms and took a beachwalk. Tanya went in and waded in the water, and I had an idea. I snuck up behind her and playfully pushed her into the water. Everyone laughed when she came up again, covered in sand and dripping wet. She chased me along the beach and when she caught me, she held on to my paw and with her other paw, scooped up truckloads of sand and poured it all over me. As we played around, a flash of blinding light stopped us. Frightened, we retreated until our backs were against the wall. The light became rainbow and four shadows appeared in it. It was Ronan and Socksy! And Bub and Midge! We laughed nervously and greeted them. So after they checked in, we went to the pool. It's a beautiful pool, you know. Even Francis, who hates getting his paws wet, went for a swim and enjoyed it. Then we went to the shop they had and looked around. They have everything, I tell you! Everything! We bought heaps of stuff (Tan's rich) and had supper at the diner. I had a schnitzel sandwich and gelato for dessert (yum). So we had a long first day. Now I'm in the room, lying in bed and reading a book about a street dog who falls in love with a Poodle. But she has a collar, and street dogs say, "Never mix with collared dogs". Besides, the collared dogs say, "Never mix with street dogs". But the two love each other, and get in trouble constantly for seeing each other. One day, the street dog is going to see the Poodle when the dogcatcher gets him and is taking him to the truck. The Poodle runs out, rips off her collar and makes herself dirty so she looks like s street dog. The dogcatcher gets her too, and as they're driving through the country to the pound, the street dog makes a hole in the wall and they get away. Then they live in a cave together for the rest of their lives. It's really good. See you tomorrow!
