ONLY 11 Days until my visit at AC's place! I am getting soooooooo excited my christmas isn't complete without christmas eve @ Ac's place and christmas day at the D's place with SAM and my other 2 aunties N&T's crew, 2 dogs 4 cats! That's one mighty full house...so full that SAM & I get to stay out during the gift opening and the rest of the crew stay in another room. They can still hear us and see us. THAT'S MY CHRISTMAS IN A NUT SHELL.

Last night (the night of Dec 5th) it snowed and stayed! Now I can say it's officially WINTER.

WHAT A DAY...PHEW

Yesterday was a FURRY GOOD day. See, I am home while my grandparents (D family are away). See my fur cousin Sam needs to be looked after, OF COURSE DAD SAID YES. I am home for a few days with JUST MOM. That's fun and all but I MISS DAD. So at lunch time I heard dad pull up into the driveway, then I heard another car pull in behind him ( it wasen't MOM...she was at work). I then heard dad and 2 other voices. I knew right away it was Grampy F and Auntie C. They came to visit me. I went for a walk up the road with Auntie C and we hung out on a rock at the dead end of our road. Auntie C got a cold bum she had sat on ice that turned into water...opps. Then we walked home.
Then later, after MOM came home from work I went to visit dad at the D 's home and saw SAM and HAD FUN.
We all had dinner then it was home for mom and I, soon after that it was bed.

Only 21 days until I see Auntie C and Grammy/Grampy F for Christmas eve and 22 days until I see the D family for christmas day!

Christmas time

Auntie C helps me by sending our cards to you. This year will be no diffurent, but this year I will not be receiving or sending dog treats or gifts. The reason is I still have a large amount of toys for my chewing pleasure from last year. I know "better to give then receive". A tail of mean Grammy F

Grammy F and AC came fur a visit...not a long pawse...but a short pawse.

I was being looked after for abit by Auntie C (yesterday afternoon). Grammy F had come to let her in, then she kept saying to Auntie C look at my front right paw. It was OK but Grammy saw I was bending it weird. AC assured her it was normal...I was in a dazed state of confusion. I went to play abitmore with AC, Grammy F kept saying *LETS GO*.

NOT FUN. AC has just lost her job and needed some time to be with ME. SO we played for about 15 mins and that was it. "Here's your hat, what's your hurry" MAN I WISH I COULD HAVE VISITED WITH AC LONGER!!!!MEAN GRAMMY F, i'll furgive her. This time!!! I got A HUGE kiss from ALL my pals thought.

AC here...there's another reason we went to visit. See being that my brother/sis in law have a freezer we went to put 2 TURKEYS IN IT. One for when Murphy comes over with his mom/dad christmas eve and one for another time. My mom (grammy F ) was hungry. I also wanted more time with Murphy. I was slightly mad @ my mom. So we left as i said to her *that was mean Murphy thought i was there for longer and to leave him so shortly after we got there wasen't cool* I know he enjoyed all your kisses. Do you believe in determination, devotion of trust and love? If you do, we have a wonderful tale to tell you. The tale of a little Shih-Tzu, found desperately crippled by violence and left abandoned to die beside a busy street in Washington, D.C.

Were it not for the loving compassion of the Washington Animal Rescue League, Miss Dixie Monroe's story would have ended there.

After lots of loving care and many visits to special vets, all saying nothing that could be done to correct her four broken, smashed legs, the little 'Tzu was going to spend the rest of her life at the shelter.

That's when I first met Miss Dixie and decided she needed the love of a home for as long as forever lasted. I took her home on May 27, 2005.

Thus began our journey to health and healing. After she settled in, we began our search for just the right surgeon. We found him in Dr. Joseph Prostredny of the Chesapeake Veterinary Specialists of Annapolis. With a lot of work with him, three years, seven surgeries and much physical therapy later we are proud to say he was successful!

It was a long hard road, but we had so many friends and strangers (including a dogster.com) praying for her through each surgery. Long story short, she became Miss Dixie Monroe: The little Shih Tzu who would never walk again ... but did!

Now we want the world to know. We love and appreciate all the prayers, support and concern that helped along the way. We especially want children who are looking at surgeries to know that if a 'Tzu named Miss Dixie Monroe can do it, so can you!

It's funny you said I should be an office dog with my new tie. I used to run around dads office when i was living closer. I would take walks with AC too. My dad works at a flower nursery in production. I would run around after hours with him, AC would take me up to see dad and all his workers. I miss doing that, now we live like under 10 minutes away, it's just not the same!

Saturday visit

Hello pals and fans,

I am excited to say my grampy F and AC came over saturday fur abit to say HI. My grampy grammy F were on vacation all last week, while they were gone AC came over for BBQ, we had fun as you all know.

They didn't get anything fur me, but got a new calendar for 2010 from ABACUS, for mom/dad. Abacus is a publishing company and art gallery in Maine. F&C gave AC,grammy/grampy F and mom/dad a 2009 calendar when they (AC,Grammy/Grampy F) visited at christmas.

From that, I think you know where grampy/grammy F went. They visited F&C our friends in Maine. They had a good time, visited the botanical gardens near Boothbay and just hung out. They shopped abit for AC. She needed a few small items that she can only get in the states.
It was PAWsome as usual to see AC & Grampy F.

I had a GREAT visit with my AC last night. Dad was home early from work. See he did a split shift to go tend to the plants after hours! So he went to pick up AC in the NEW MURPH MOBILE! AC's first ride in it. She loved it! Now she has played, taken a few new pics and left all in the same day! I am sooo happy to see her, it was way to H O T to play she was saddened by a few things. Our pal Checkers has passed and just that the world is going crazy on her. She's OK, just needs time to focus on the task at hand! So we layed on the floor, I even suprised her with a kiss when she took off her glasses to get something out of her eye. She laughed and we had fun! I played with my monkey rope from my pal POGO. I got that last christmas as apart of my secret santa paws exchange gift. See I LUVS YA I DO, I DO.

OFF AGAIN...

I am off to grammy / grampy d's for 2 days, while my parents visit my other aunties N&T in halifax!

MY NOSE IS FAMOUS...

Dad had just left to visit my fur relatives @ the D household, ALL OF THEM, cats included. I heard a noise that wasen't familliar... then a familliar noise. It was Auntie C's voice but not a car sound i recognized. HMMMMMMMM could it have been? It was Auntie C with Miss Priscilla, Colleen and Patrick. THEY COULDN'T STOP DAD WAS GONE, SO WAS MOM. :((((

We got to mamma's meeting, momma did her stuff in under 5 minutes ( getting checks for work signed ) and we were off.
Me , momma and Patrick on our way to pick up... OMD.... it can't be... IT IS.... it's Auntie C. {thud ;o) }

First we headed to McDonald's ~ Patrick was STARVING!
We ate outside on the patio and I tried to jump onto the top of the table while momma went in to pick up the food.

Mom had only bought me 1 burger.... I was getting ready to work the crowd... a skinny ribby doggy = freebies from everyone... or so I thought :o((

While we were eating a guy came up to the table and I didn't jump. I didn't become a kite, and I didn't run off.... I LET HIM PAT ME { momma almost went THUD :o) }
He asked a lot of questions about my breed and when mom said that I was from Bakersfield, Ca he said that he was from California too.... a few hours drive away from Bakerfield. See grammy... his accent, his smell, so like my first home. So like you.
I REMEMBER everything, I am an Ibizan.

Then we went here and there... and back there.... then to Victoria Park where we had lots of questions, lots of of guesses and finally someone who had seen me and came over and knew that I was an Ibizan { momma almost goes THUD for the second time }.
I let her pat me too.

Home after all...

I just got home from my grammy and grampy D's house while mom/dad were away visiting my other 2 aunties (N&T). Sam (my fur cousin) and I had a blast, I was a very good boy.

We got the NEW MURPH MOBILE. The new to us JEEP has arrived. I also got a cool pressie for the jeep, I got a dog hammock. I will now ride in style in the back OF COURSE!

What a humid past few days... being a black dog doesn't help.

HAPPY 3rd Anniversary / AC home safe!!

Yesterday evening, AC came over for a few minutes to see us all. Today July 8th is mom & dads 3rd wedding anniversary. Last night AC & grampy F came over to see us. They gave mom & dad their anniversary gift. A pewter ornament of the chapel @ Mount Allison University where they got married from Grammy/Grampy F. AC gave them a Willow tree angel ornament with a girl holding a dog. She also gave them 6 bags of tea from the Fairmont hotel. The Fairmont hotels in Alberta are where they stayed for 1 night each on their honeymoon. My mom LOVED the tea so AC brought her back 3 kinds. Fairmont maple, green and breakfast tea. She was smart and gave 2 bags of each. This is so they could reminise about the honeymoon over tea if they want. AWWWW smart girl.

It started like any normal day, mom was off to work, daddy was home with me (mondays are boys only). Boys only until...dad needed to go out. He did go out and came back with AC and Grammy F. See mom is almost done her school year, students finished already, but mom has to go 2 extra days to clean up her room and so on. Tomorrow is her last day until the last week of August. Then mondays will become FAMILY DAY!!!

SPCA COPPERS FOR CRITTERS...

I just gave my pennies to the Moncton SPCA. In just under 2 years I saved 1800 pennies. That means 18$ for the SPCA. I know it may not sound like much, the intent behind the gesture is more then people think. As all you DOGSTERS know Murphy came from the SPCA in 2005. It's always a pleasure to help them out.

When I entered the parking lot I cried, like I am now just thinking about it. I was welcomed by the receptionist HEATHER & a beautiful Bullmastiff named OLIVIA. It hurts me to not be able to have a dog where I live if ever I move it will be to a place where, if I want to, I can have a dog.

AC heading to Montreal...

I just heard that AC and Grampy F (her dad) are headed on a vacation July 4th to the 7th. They're going on the train to Montreal, Quebec. In a bedroom car no less. AC is lucky girl she'll have internet @ the hotel. She's staying right above the underground train station @ Fairmont Queen Elizabeth.

YES! I got to slobber Auntie Charlotte this AM. My dad and I were out for a drive...we heard my dads cell phone, it was grammy F saying she had homemade dinner rolls for my parents. YUMMMMMMMY! We drove up to AC's apartement, I stuck my nose out the window. Next thing I knew AC came out filming her walk down from her apartement with rolls in hand. Mini not fur me...

Mom got a brand new Mini today. She had a second hand *USED* Mini. She's always wanted a black and white MINI, this past week she was talking about it, then POOF she got it. Her dad *Grampy D* got his bargaining skills ready and got her a deal. He is a reputable used car sales person in my hometown. The thing is...I am not allowed in it, DAD or MOM have to use the PT cruiser to take me anywhere. I call it my Murph Mobile.

I get the house to myself again. Don't get me wrong it's fun to have the PAW-rents and FUR-mily home. It' just wasen't the same. Mom has developed anothe dry socket, still in pain. She was going nuts. As soon as she could, she was back. To mom the kids she teaches are everything. As the year is wrapping up it's even harder to be sick and not see them. One good thing her friend and fellow teacher got a few days more then she was suppose to in the supply teaching departement. That's a way to help a fellow teacher/friend out.

I've been NURSE Murphy to mom who has been sick. She had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out at once the wed after easter. Then went back to the dentist in pain to be told she was starting a dry socket. So I am still doing nursing duties. She can't even go back to work. She's a teacher and needs to speak. She's upset...she luvs her kids as much as she does me and dad.

I just saw that my bestest furiend Priscilla is the second from the top in diary central too.

I was literally just waking up and the phone was ringing. I heard my dad answer it. Next thing I knew by the way he answered it was Colleen. She was here fur a suprise visit, while doing errands. She came up for a few minutes, then told me that MISS P was in the car. OH MY! I literally went from my sleepy state to HOLLY COW in milla seconds. It really (HONESTLY & TRULY) made my day. How can I discribe a true furiend. Whoever reads this will say, Murphy is your furiend too. That's diffurent because he's family.

I am bawling my eyes out.....this happens to be after such a hard day. (see previous entry)

I was having this feeling today...abit of sorrow and sadness. NOW I KNOW WHY!

Today marked a year since my dear Ibizan pal Elvis passed away. This dog was more then a friend to all he met, he brought me and Colleen (his mom) together as friends. Not just friends here on dogster but in REAL LIFE too. It was his smile and unique breed that attracked me to him. I later found out he lived on 45 mins away.

Here's a short version of how I met...ELVIS.

It was about this time in 2007. I was surfin' here on dogster. I came across Elvis and recognized that he was from around here. I couldn't for the life of me figure out Harvey Albert Co was (there's another Harvey in NB too). My mom and dad soon told me it was 45 mins away from me. We got to chatting and making small talk dogster style. Later that year, in late may, I got to officially meet ELVIS and his MOM at here place of work (which just happens to be a museum too). So off we drove (my parents and I) to meet them and see the museum. The rest is (shall we say) HISTORY. I became his Hon. Auntie Charlotte. Later in JULY 07 Miss Priscilla was born, then in September she came to live here with Elvis.

I fell in LOVE with Elvis and his crazy ways. I will always cherish the way ELVIS came into my life and tugged at my heart strings.

I think of you more then you'll ever know. Missing you now and forever.

My home town of Moncton NB Canada, is hosting the 2009 Ford world mens curling championships. With all this hot weather they almost lost the ice. I know NB is HOT, but not this hot. GO CANADA GO!!!

Mom finally put pics from Disney up on her facebook for all to see. She and dad had a WONDERFUL TIME. They stayed at the ALL STAR MOVIE RESORT in the 101 DALMATIANS wing, the stair case was surrounded by a big fire hydrant. BOL. So CLICHE.

OMD SAD AC GOOD NEWS TOO

I am having a moment (well a few of them today). I am sooo not having a good few days, it's been trying. Work is well, not great or super, just well. At the beginning of March we lost 3 very good employees. One of those employees was a good family friend. It just saddens me!!! I am getting over it, but slowly.

I got some good news from the Murphy wire, he got a special gift from Disney world. He got a new leather collar with mickeys on it. He was sooooo happy to see his mom & dad come into get him. Not that fur cous Sam isn't fun, but he loves one on one attention. That's all from the Murphy family front. HUGE HUGS, ~~AC

There are many choices in life, as we all know. We can choose to be kind or not kind etc.

A fellow dogster friend of ours (who shall remain nameless) was telling us that there's been a huge amount of dogsters that have Pmailed notes to him/her about having a purebread vs a shelter dog. These notes have been about a choice he/she took. See this dogster choose to get a purebread dog and not a shelter animal. This was an agonizing choice for him/her . This person looks at the paper clippings of shelter animals in a local shop and cried his/ her eyes out, infront of a stranger he/she didn't even know. He/she is commited to whatever animals come his/ her way. NO MATTER WHAT KIND OR WHY. I fur one love animals no matter where or why they came to be!

This is what's been happening...we first stopped at the Big Stop for breakfast in Salisbury NB, to start the day off right. As we started off from there it was blowing snow lightly. Then as we got to the boarder it got heavier blowing snow, then as we're getting closer to Bangor it's rainy slush to rain. We dropped off our luggage in our room and mom and dad headed to Kohls and TJ Maxx. I was tired and went to sleep while they were away. They came back a few hours later, as I was waking up from my nap. We went to the Happy China Buffet and I went to PETCO for Murphys toys! I LOVE MY MURPHY. I went to the new casino (Hollywood Slots). Now we're all snuggling down to sleep and will get up to go to Portland tomorrow. This was my fortune from the BUFFET...you are heading for a land of sunshine? ? my lucky numbers 23 29 18 24 40 49. Wonder what my fortune will really hold? Charlotte = )

Good morning...at 3:30 am. Yup it's true i'm awake at this ungodly hour while on vacation. I was turning on the bed and I heard a delivery truck unloading at the Ground Round Restaurant/bar nextdoor. Now i'm playing on my computer. It's been 1.5 hours so it's 5 am.OUCH, it will be a long day for sure. I went back to sleep for about 1 hour before I got up and went down to get breakfast. We left at 8 :45 am on our way to F and C's in Portland. It's foggy and abit damp. It's around 5 degrees celcieus. At least it's above freezing and the roads are clear so far. I quote mom in the drivers seat "the sun's up there". Oh it is... will it shine ? WHO KNOWS.

The sun did shine when we were eating brunch in Freeport at the Hareseeket inn. Then we went for one of C's famous out of the way drives, then through Cape Elizabeth back to Portland. I am feeling awful but that never stops me! I am officially sick and very foggy feeling. I am hopefully going to Boston Tuesday. HOPES AND PRAYS! For now. Charlotte = )

We are getting ready for the day and i'm still sick but much better after a good nights sleep. We (mom dad and I) are headed to Freeport to go to LL Bean and do some shopping. At least i'm not foggy I can clearly see things around me. The sleep must have helped. We are off. Now that we are all back and I enjoyed some play time with Alley and Kye the dogs. Charlotte = )

We got to Boston, we drove Newbury St then went to Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market. I have never seen so many types of food in one place before...2 long hallways later. Then we saw the Bush compound in kennebunkport...at least the flag at night. We got to see Ogunquit Me with the lights of the season on. How peaceful and neat to see a different perspective of a town i've only seen in the hustle and bussel of the tourist season. That was at about 7 pm we finally got home after a stop in KITTERY ME for a BOSE sound system (given as a gift from C). We finally got back about 10 ish. LONG & FUN DAY TOO. Charlotte = )

Today new years eve is a lazy day with dad, mom! We're making dinner for F and C. I saw the place where they make SEABAGS(www.seabags.com). It's not that far from F and C's place. It's a long walk in the winter but would be fun in the warmer times of the year. We (dad and I) went up the street from SEABAGS and found a "black dog" store. We bought Murphy a BIG rubber chew bone. I slept right through the new year change over. I always do. Went to sleep about 10pm. Charlotte = )

New years day was spent doing a few things for a new tenant from Florida. The new tennant is staying in Freeport. He's there for 4 months and is an advertising person for a local magazine. We helped C set up a new studio for himself, to do some art. Then the rest of the day was spent relaxing and just hanging. Charlotte = )

We left as Alley and Kye were waking. They sent us on our way as Alley was standing on the couch in the library. We ate at The Lincoln Bigstop on the way home. I am soooooo sad to be leaving, like always it's good to be home and back to a familliar routine. Charlotte = )


ALLEY & KYE woke me every AM I was there...they would stick their noses on my bed and that's how my days started! F would be close behind to let them out!

RECAP to start the new year...

Hope you all had a wonderous Christmas filled with the things you LOVE, and all the special treats that go along with the festivities.

WOWZERS. I sure did...Christmas eve at AC'S Grammy/Grampy F's, Christmas day with the D family.

My Pressie from my PTLF (pets that love fun) secret santa came on Dec 27th. The day AC went on vacation to Maine. My pressie was from POGO in Australia. I got 3 toys and 1 SCHMAKOS chomp 'n chew. That's a small raw hide bone with chicken in it. Thank you POGO, you're Such a sweet girl.

My Auntie C along with Grammy / Grampy F went to Maine to visit our friends F&C. They have 2 dogs of thier own. One named ALLEY, the other KYE. They're golden doodles, a cross between golden lab and poodles. These 2 look more like poodles. AC really LOVED on them while she was there but never forgot yours truly! She talked about dogster like there was no tomorrow.

I MUST BE SPOILED...I get a refill on my toy box from Christmas between AC and POGO 's new pressies.

Happy new year from Maine. AC here. I'm visiting family friends (F&C)in Portland ME for new years. I am doing well but feel a bit sick (cold ) last saturday when we got here. I am well now and i'm almost back in full working order. My nose needs a few more days to clear.
I think of you all often and dogster keeps comming up in my conversations 'cause our friends (F&C) have 2 dogs Alley and Kye (hope that's spelt right). They are a cross breed of Golden Lab and poodles (golden doodles). These 2 look more like the poodle.
I was just IM-ing Murphs dad and they have no special plans for new years eve. They'll just hang out together. MOM, DAD and Murphy. talk to you all soon.

Boxing day tradition continues...

We have a tradition in our house that every boxing day all our close friends come to our place to catch up on the news! This has been going on for about 10 years now and it's fun! It was started out of necessity to find out how Christmas was for everyone who we may not talk with alot over the year. Since i've lived in an apartement we thought it would have to end, no it didn't. We can fit up to about 25 people in the apartement. We have a BUFFET of foods and this year we even have pulled pork. The recipe came from our hairdresser ANNE. YUMM!!! AC has tried both batches and it's soooo tasty.

Christmas came with LOADS of surprises for my AC, a new laptop computer that's been at my house for about 2 months. I got plenty of chew toys and lovin's. TREATS too, AC stopped by my "SHACK" house last night to take video of our pretty lights outside and came in to say "Merry Christmas". I barked up a storm thinking she and Grampy F were breaking in. Thanks AC. Sorry I was goofy but I was still excited 'cause of all the toys and excitement. I LOVE YOU. DON'T FURGET IT. Mom dad and I went to see AC, Grammy/Grampy F yesterday. I had such a good time, I got to lay on Grammy/Grampys KING size bed *the biggest bed i've ever seen* I got a few gifts and 40$ towards my next SPA day. I still haven't gotten my PTLF SANTA PAWS EXCHANGE gift, it's comming !!!

Today,

I STAYED HOME this AM while mom and dad went to the D family home to open more gifts. This afternoon DAD came to get me and I was on the couch with 4 new toys around me. I WAS IN HEAVEN. Now hope you all had a MERRY christmas, I know AC did...she got a laptop!!!!!

I got to play with Murphys airedale fur cousin SAM (who's now 1 and a half years old). Grammy Grampy F even played with SAM too. Those who know Grammy F well, know she has to get used to new dogs before she plays not SAM. She got right down and rubbed his belly and played! This was the first time Grammy F ever visited SAM. IT WAS SOOOOOOOO FUN!

Mom is going to explain things tonight.

It was an odd night. I helped old Sheb'z up the first flight stairs to our family room and kitchen. Sheba plopped down and stayed there the rest of the night. I covered her up with the blanket and fed her out of her bowl. If she couldn't see me and/or Scott, she would bark until one of us came to be with her . . . not next to her, but petting and rubbing her. If I stopped or Scott stopped, she would bark.

Sheba had a lot of lovins, food and brisket tonight. She is laying in bed with me now. If I don't have any part of my body next to her, she barks . . .

Maya, she hung back tonight. She came over every now and then to sniff Old Sheb'z and that was her extent.

I will be honest. I realized in the last couple days that I have a lot of friends at home. None of them realize about what I am going through. I honestly have to thank all of you on Dogster for the love I have been receiving.

I would like to thank every one personally on my Diary that has said all the kind words and given me zealies. It would take a lot of time to link in your names at this point and my time right now is dedicated to Sheba and Maya. Thank you though, from the bottom of my heart.

I haven't been doing so well the last two weeks. Mom has to help me up all the flights of stairs and back down all of them. Even with mom's help, I head crash into the stairs on the way up and fall down several sets of stairs on the way down. I also bark all the time now unless mom is within my site.

Mom is trying to justify why she is going to have to put me down on Friday.

She knows it is the right thing to do for me. It is time to let me go so I can play again the way I used to.

It isn't going to be easy on Friday. Mom's vet talked her through what to expect when the time comes. It is so hard to hear what to expect.

Mom has to wait until Friday because of mom's 90 year old grandfather having an eye surgery. He is going to get by wonderfully for sure!

I am laying next to mom right now, and I am so happy to be with her and Maya.

A moment by AC Parade Edition

Wow this was one of the better parades AC has seen since she was a kid. Miss P's family LOVED it too. They stood infront our newspaper office right at the end of AC's street. AC put on 2 layers on the bottom (PANTS)and 4 layers (1 Charlottesville T-shirt and 3 hoddies)on the top. See Annette ,my T shirt came in handy to keep me warm. HEHEHE

They (AC Colleen) Couldn't stop crying at the dogs from the grey hound rescue and the SPCA where i'm from. See Miss P we were thought of often. HUGE HUGS santa paws is now really watching.

Miss P's mom phoned today and told her about her accident.

Miss P's mom is doing well and survived her minor black ice incident from yesterday! She had taken the truck to come in to town to fix the winshield and hit a patch of black ice and into the ditch she went driving to avoid a BIG accident. Then out of the blue came a telephone poll. She avoided that fur the most part, hitting the backside of the truck. It was the drivers side that got the worst of it, the airbags didn't go off. *PHEW*

When she (AC) read Miss P's diary she thought it was Miss P who was in trouble not her momma.

All miss p's mom has is a bruise from clutching the steering wheel hard to avoid anything. She was also lucky a stranger was infront of her and saw that she had left the road and came to help her. He was driving in reverse back to find her. The man knew she couldn't have gone into a driveway (there were none).

WE are glad that Colleen my Hon. mom and my AC's good friend didn't die or get hurt.

We all got on the bed and mom opened it for us. Joi thought there must be something to eat in it she kept smelling it and trying to get her nose in the middle of it.

Snow is here to stay...

I woke up later this afternoon when mom got home. I saw that it had snowed and it stayed, it didn't melt. I love the first snow 'cause I can eat it! When snow gets old, icy with yellow patches, I can't eat it.

Last night I was lazin' around with my momma and dad while they were eating dinner. They had chicken and I took a piece right from under their noses. I was about to go to my bed next to the kitchen when I heard DROP IT from mom...so I did. I wasn't happy and boy did it smell good. I normally wouldn't touch it but some weird feeling came over me and did I mention it smelt good. Almost got away with it...but didn't.

SETTING THE RECORD STRAIGHT....

Just as WE thought, it was the murderer that killed the professor in Fredericton.That was at the Hampton inn and suites on Saturday. What's even worse is it was the son in law who killed the professor. When he knew there was a warrant for his arrest he came to Moncton and killed himself. See the Hampton Inn is on a highway in a semi rural area of moncton, I also live just up the road from. He wasen't mentally stable according to the news. The university community in Fredericton is realling from this tragedy. My AC even knows at least one of his former students from when she was in high school. HOW SAD : (

Like I said while AC was here on saturday a person down the street at the Hapmton Inn and suites either killed himself or got shot. See about 1.5 hours away is our provincial Capital of Fredericton. Thursday or Friday a well known university professor was killed and they (police) think this is the killer. That certainly was scary as Grammy F came to pick up AC she said, turn on the tv to the news and there it was as we turned on the tv... the Hampton Inn and suites right down the street.

When Grammy/Grampy F were leaving ,after AC got settled they saw an unmarked police car turn down by the hotel. When they heard about it they knew where it was.

It's been 1 week...

AC's side note to Here is the scoop...

It was sooooo ironic that Murphy visited me last night.

I was thinking of him and then all of a sudden my brother *Murphs dad* said we will go out for coffee. So off I went to wait for him *my brother* in the lobby of our apartement building. The window washer was finishing the front windows of the building so I went outside to wait. I was chatting with him and his wife, when my brother turned the corner, and then I went to open the backdoor of his car to put the green tea ice tea on the seat and all I could see was Murphys snout come right towards me and give me a kiss and I SMILED !!! Then the rest of our journey began.

It was a successful walk and no DUCK meat for us. Suprisingly Murphy was very good, I could see his hunting instincts kicking in, he walked right by them not only once but twice! That's my good boy.

Then when we made our way to Tim Hortons. I gave Murphy the BIGGEST belly rubs as he was looking out the back window for his dad,who went in to get himself a coffee and me (AC) some tea. Thank you for making my night.

Here is the scoop...

This evening mom went to yoga as she normally does on mondays. Dad was alone and going to visit AC. Normally I would stay home but not today. We (dad and I) got in the car...went to AC's. We certainly suprised her as she was putting some green ice tea in the back, next thing I heard was, put it on the floor. Dad was letting AC know I was there. We drove off from AC's and went down a few blocks to the walkway AC and Grampy F usually walk along. It's near a muddy river named the Petitcodiac. We were walking and all of a sudden *DUCKS*I stared them down and never went near them. All I could hear AC and dad say was *NO DUCK FOR YOU* and * IF IT QUACKS LIKE A DUCK & LOOKS LIKE A DUCK, IT MUST BE A DUCK. Oh boy...crazy family. Then we turned around and saw them again and I walked right past no problems.
Then we looped our way back to the car on the street side of the walkway. I forgot how traffic is...we moved to a semi rural area on the outskirt of town, it's much less noise. Each time a car drove by I stared at it for a few seconds as it speed off. Then we got in the car, it was getting colder as the sun was setting. Off to Tim Hortons for dad and AC to warm up with some coffee and tea. Then down Main St I went with my nose sticking out of the window and back to AC's.
ALL THIS AND AC JUST THOUGHT SHE WAS GOING OUT FOR COFFEE ONLY. S-U-P-R-I-S-E!!!Murphy loves ya

The Journey

When you bring a pet into your life, you begin a journey......a journey that will bring you more love and devotion than you have ever known, yet also test your strength and courage.
If you allow, the journey will teach you many things, about life, about yourself, and most of all, about love. You will come away changed forever, for one soul cannot touch another without leaving its mark.

Along the way, you will learn much about savoring life's simple pleasures...jumping in leaves, snoozing in the sun, the joys of puddles and even the satisfaction of a good scratch behind the ears.

If you spend much time outside, you will be taught how to truly experience every element, for no rock, leaf, or log will go unexamined, no rustling bush will be overlooked, and even the very air will be inhaled, pondered, and noted as being full of valuable information. Your pace may be slower except when heading home to the food dish but you will become a better naturalist, having been taught by an expert in the field.

Too many times we hike on automatic pilot, our goal being to complete the trail rather than enjoy the journey. We miss the details...the colorful mushrooms on the rotting log, the honeycomb in the old maple snag, the hawk feather caught on a twig. Once we walk as a dog does, we discover a whole new world.

We stop...we browse the landscape, we kick over leaves, peek in tree holes, look up, down, all around. And we learn what any dog knows: that nature has created a marvelously complex world that is full of surprises, that each cycle of the seasons bring ever changing wonders, each day an essence all its own.

Even from indoors you will find yourself more attuned to the world around you. You will find yourself watching summer insects collecting on a screen..How bizarre they are! How many kinds there are!, or noting the flick and flash of fireflies through the dark. You will stop to observe the swirling dance of windblown leaves, or sniff the air after a rain. It does not matter that there is no objective in this; the point is in the doing, in not letting life's most important details slip by.

You will find yourself doing silly things that your pet-less friends might not understand: spending thirty minutes in the grocery aisle looking for the cat food brand your feline must have, buying dog birthday treats, or driving around the block an extra time because your pet enjoys the ride. You will roll in the snow, wrestle with chewie toys, bounce little rubber balls till your eyes cross, and even run around the house trailing your bathrobe tie with a cat in hot pursuit - all in the name of love.

Your house will become muddier and hairier. You will wear less dark clothing and buy more lint rollers. You may find dog biscuits in your pocket or purse, and feel the need to explain that an old plastic shopping bag adorns your living room rug because your cat loves the crinkly sound.

You will learn the true measure of love...the steadfast, undying kind that says, "It doesn't matter where we are or what we do, or how life treats us as long as we are together." Respect this always. It is the most precious gift any living soul can give another. You will not find it often among the human race.

And you will learn humility. The look in my dog's eyes often made me feel ashamed. Such joy and love at my presence. She saw not some flawed human who could be cross and stubborn, moody or rude, but only her wonderful companion. Or maybe she saw those things and dismissed them as mere human foibles, not worth considering, and so chose to love me anyway.

If you pay attention and learn well, when the journey is done, you will be not just a better person, but the person your pet always knew you to be - the one they were proud to call beloved friend.

I must caution you that this journey is not without pain. Like all paths of true love, the pain is part of loving. For as surely as the sun sets, one day your dear animal companion will follow a trail you cannot yet go down. And you will have to find the strength and love to let them go. A pet's time on earth is far too short - especially for those that love them. We borrow them, really, just for awhile, and during these brief years they are generous enough to give us all their love, every inch of their spirit and heart, until one day there is nothing left.

The cat that only yesterday was a kitten is all too soon old and frail and sleeping in the sun. The young pup of boundless energy wakes up stiff and lame, the muzzle now gray. Deep down we somehow always knew that this journey would end. We knew that if we gave our hearts they would be broken.

But give them we must for it is all they ask in return. When the time comes, and the road curves ahead to a place we cannot see, we give one final gift and let them run on ahead - young and whole once more.

"Godspeed, my sweet friend," we say, until our journey comes full circle and our paths cross again.

AC bumped into... dogster.....

I (AC) met (Colleen) Miss P's mom and her boss Claudie (I hope I spelt it right). We met at Chapters bookstore and I literally bumped into Miss P's mom. I was shocked and gave Colleen a scare when she turned around. Sorry Colleen!!!!! I'm gald to have seen you and met Claudie. She seems very nice and seems to enjoy reading as she had a few books in her *paws*.

Her dog Robbie had a spell a few weeks ago (2 I think). He's doing much better as Claudie gave us a big smile and knocked on her head as if she was knocking on wood.

My AC goes to the Elton John concert today and works a shorter shift at work, only 5 hours instead of 8.5. She (AC) and my Grammy F are VERY VERY excited. AC will write more about her experience in the next edition of Do the Murph man.

Now to SHEBA... Sheba's mom wrote in her diary that's she's doing abit better as of friday (if I remember correctly). I knew POP still works. Keep on gettin' better sheba, we need you and LOVE you.

Hey girls. Just a heads up. If Sheba isn't doing well by Saturday,
I've decided it is time. I am not sure if Dr. Comito will come in on
Saturday to put her down or Monday morning.

I am still keeping my power of the paw, but I cannot let her suffer any
longer. Personally, I think it is more neurologic in nature verses
geriatric vestibular syndrome.

I am doing fine with my decision. I'm not saying it isn't tough, but I
don't want her to suffer.

Funny thing though, last night she just sat and stared at me for several
hours. Any time I would leave, she would bark to get me back : - ) A

A moment by AC Birthday Edition part 1

Hi pups and peeps

AC here. Hope all is well.

I just got the most thoughtful Gifts and cards ever. My sis (in law), bro and Murphy gave me the neatest card and gift (dog related). The card is an interactive card, when you turn the small crank it makes a fan spin (not a real one) and the dogs ear looks like it's blowing in the wind. It says relax, sit back and chill out on the front and take it easy today inside. Then the gift was a willow tree keepsake box with a girl hugging a dog. Just like me and Murphy. It says on the bottom inside of the box A BOUNDLESS LOVE. Then my parents got me an expandable file folder for my scrapbooking papers, drawing paper and a cloth shopping bag to carry all my stuff home.

Last night (fri 19th) I came home from work and had a bad night. I went to my computer desk to check up on all of you and found a card from my parents and flowers. Bright colored flowers. They made me feel better and happier.

Today marks the day the rest of our lives changed in 2001.

Sept 11 2001 was a terrible day. We come throught it every year with yet another memorial and time to reflect. Where we were and where we are going!

I was 18 at the time,about to turn 19 on the 23rd of Sept. I was at home ALONE. My mom & dad were at work. I saw this crazy scene on tv as I layed upon my bed. All I remember, besides the scenes on TV, was crying my eyes out and going completely numb as I heard planes have been diverted to my hometown, Moncton NB Canada. HOW CAN I HELP was another thought. I just made sure I stayed away. This was a good idea as our local coliseum was turned into a shelter for those left stranded by the NO FLY rule.

As a memorial everytime I go by the little monument by the coliseum, I look up, I smile and say THANK YOU to those who helped, befriended and came to be a comfort to those people who had nothing else but to be in the moment, and to look on the bright side of life. NO MATTER HOW SCARY IT WAS OR IS.

My pal Murphy (yes theres more then one MURPHY) is DOTD today! Way to go pal.

I got a weekend visit. Saturday afternoon my dads parents and sister came over. They're known as grammy/grampy F and AC. They gave my mom a beautiful gift of 2 flip flop shaped coasters you slide the stem of a glass under and a neat purse.

So my grampy F is doing well, he got plenty of licks and hugs from me! The healing helper.

My poor grampy had it RUFF when he was sleeping this weekend. He found a solution to his problem..he slept in his lazy boy chair.
See his neck is causing pressure on his head, from where the put a halo to keep him straight during surgery! Sitting up helped him keep the pressure off his head.

Thunder STRIKES

Yesterday was a loud crazy day. We had a thunder storm, all I could think of was my pals at the bridge. They must have been bowling. The first loud strike I thought of ELVIS, then another loud strike I thought of PONGO then a smaller yet still powerful strike I though of DAISY! My dear pals who are at the bridge must have had a good time. WE MISS U ALL

Hi everypaw and everyone

I just figured out how to add music to Murphys page.

It's 3:45 AM, I just got home about 2 hours ago from work. I put this song, The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face - David Cook, on my page 'cause it's a special song to my pal Priscilla's MOM. Then I heard it for the first time and now I realize why Miss P's mom cried while she was looking at the scrapbook of her ELVIS.

There's ONE moment when you say this is the greatest, my moment came when I first layed eyes on Murphy. He was running towards me as if he knew me all his life, yet we just had a short glance at each other. I knew from then on, one thing was for sure LOVE. The LOVE you can only get from a dog. The LOVE that makes you realize no matter what, someone (some pup) is watching, waiting to clear your tears or just give you the pickup you need to keep going.

It's been hard to get my lovin' lately, with my dad (grampy F) being sick and me not having a drivers permit. It makes me realize that when I do get to see him, I need to cherish all the time and LOVE we share.

He's really home. He was in overnight and the DR said he was a miracle patient. He is in a soft collar for 2 weeks and then can slowly get better from there!!

Thanks everyfur and your peeps. AC and her family can feel the love even if you didn't send a note. It's the dogster love that gets my family through. My grampy CAN move his arm that wasen't doing well and the DR was impressed. So the last hurddle is we pray for no infection and then he can come home!!!

Hi pals, it's AC here.

My dad (murphs grammpy f) just had sugery on his c-5 spinal cord in his neck. He had a bone almost the size of a spike near his nerve. The doctor was never so suprised he wasen't in worse shape then he was. The DR said he could have been paralyzed. The only symptoms he had was a lack of strength when he lifted his arm above his head. That's when he knew something was wrong. He's staying in the hospital until Wednesday at the latest and comming home then!!!

We (Murphy and I) will keep you posted!!!!

Dear Diary,

Thanks for being patient.
This entry has been a tough one for my momma to get to writing about.

Annette's visit.
Turned out to be something that ended up to be~
Close to her heart and really personal.

Question: "If you were to meet on the street, would you have become friends?"
Answer: "Yes, definately. It was meant to be."


It was discovered that they had lots in common that wasn't dog related at all.
NOT DOG RELATED!
but HOW can that be?????

My momma and Annette got to be friends. Real friends. The kind that you don't agonize over the housework because they are coming over. The kind of friend that you can cry in front of and not regret doing that later.
Momma knew Annette the minute that she walked into the airport.
There was no mistaking her on my mom's part.
They talked and talked and NEVER SHUT UP the whole visit!

~ and oh yeah....

THEY LOVE EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU :o))))))))

Annette got to go to a few touristy places but mainly she visited ME and my family. She went on the critter buying expedition and we went over the mountain. The mountain that they want to destroy by uranium mining.

Yup... Baysil even came to the house. For a visit. Because he was drunk.... REDNECKS are ALIVE and WELL in ALBERT COUNTY, N.B.

Annette fit right into our family, like she's been a friend forever.

....and to all of you who worried that Annette might have been a crazy come to stab us in our sleep; and to whom mom replied, "I hope she can drive a stick shift, it's a long walk to the Airport".
The answer is YES, she can drive a manual transmission. gulp!

I don't know what to say except I/we LOVE everything that you sent. The boys love the discs. Abby says she'll play with hers tomorrow, but she's tired tonight. She sniffed it and went back to sleep. The boys have played with theirs all evening. Playing tug-o-war with them and just chewing on them. I have pictures of them with the toys that I will post on Monday with high-speed internet. Duffy will LOVE his toy. He's very timid when it comes to new things, but has already been sniffing it more than I thought. It's hanging on the sunroom door for his playing pleasure when he gets ready.

Now to the CDs. I love all the songs. Colbie Caillat is one of my favorite new people to listen to. And the song, I Hope You Dance, I gave the book about that song to Colleen when Elvis died.

Now to your personal video message. Yes, I needed tissues. That was so sweet and from the heart. I feel that my friends I have made in Canada (you and Colleen) will be lifelong friendships that I will cherish for the rest of my life. Same with some other friends I have made on Dogster. I am so glad that I found Dogster and put my babies on it. It's a wonderful place to be. I cherish and love you Charlotte. You and your family are wonderful people. And that Murphy, well what's not to love.

I realized something else that made me think...For the love of dog means friendships with humans and their dogs! Weather it's from far or near it's one thing that bonds DOGSTERS together. Humans and their dogs together as a team. A team to spread love and hope to all who look at their page!

Do you know what For the love of dog means to me and my Auntie C?

It means lots but one good example is the love Miss Priscilla has for her hubrother patrick. Priscillas mom (Colleen) sent me (AC) pictures from when she and Annette visited with Murphy and me.

One of those pictures made me realize how dogs really,truly feel love and give back LOVE OF DOG! On the other hand LOVE OF DOG goes the other way too. Humans giving love to their dogs. No matter if they think it's just a dog, part of the family or whatever else. They (dogs) need to receive and give LOVE.

You're right the first time I met Patrick I was sooo in love with him too. The day I met him I made his dream come true to see his first ever Santa Clause Parade last year.

He is a kid that's so aware and very open to different things.

I'm glad you TRULY loved your time here! Even if things didn't always go as planned, 3.5 hours late on Friday, rainy weather your whole trip, colder weather then normal. The way we do it is to make the best of what we got. So we showed you what we've got and that's a whole lot of lovin' and fun! Smashing your food with a rolling pin (she'll tell you about that) WINK WINK . Meeting Miss P (Priscilla) and handsome Murphy(AWWWW),Colleen and her family & Auntie C (charlotte) and my entire family.

Gone but not forgotten...

No dog was hurt in this case it was a dog mom going home...

As you may have read Miss P (Priscilla) and her family and Murphy and his family had a visitor since friday. Well she left to go home to her 4 legged furiends and her husband yesterday. My AC stares at the sky (Sniffles). See this Southern girl, Annette, from Virginia came to meet all of us. How she came to know us is a mystery. It was a VERY special time for all of us, she had never been to Canada before.

She stayed with Miss P and her family and she even came to Auntie C's for a visit where she got to meet me and my hudad. I loved her so much, we Miss P and I wanted her to stay longer but we know she has 4 legged friends of her own to look after (more sniffles).

Someday can you come back to visit again? Someday we will meet you again, in the meantime we are now officially BFF ( Best Furiends Furever).

Annette's leaving on a jet plane...

Annette just called to thank us and say goodbye. The hardest words my AC ever hears. The lasting memories will be tattooed on our hearts forever. Just like the song tattoo from Jordan Sparks.. just like a tattoo i'll always have you. Thank you for the memories we shared and a trip around the city that Murphy and I call HOME!

WE LOVE U! Here's to the second greartest DOG MOM in the world (besides my mom).

Thank you so much for making me and Murphy apart of your visit. It was great to finally meet you. The 3.5 hour delay on friday made our original plans go down the tubes, but we finally met. I was sooooo happy to meet you.

I couldn't really look you straight in the eye without thinking of you know who*ELVIS* and crying abit inside. Murphy was a great help to divert my attention.

I'm glad you got to meet him and see how much my entire family loves him. As you know, only people who have dogs can truly understand how others with dogs feel. I am glad to share that bond with yet another pals mom. I was so happy that Colleen finally got to meet him after over 2 years of waiting for the right moment and it was worth the wait. It even came with kisses and all the normal doggie lovin'.

Thanks for the Charlottesville UVA shirt too. I promise you one of these days I will put it on and snap a pic with Murphy just for you!

OH my dog....SAMMY SNACKS and a visit

Annette brought me Sammy Snacks treats. I can even share them with my family. See they are human and doggie safe! We had to sample them to pay respect to Annette. They're mighty good! Even my hudad (Drew) and AC enjoyed them. Mom thought they were tasty too. Annette, I also shared the snacks with my airedale fur cousin *SAM* and his dad (Grampy DeWare).

Auntie C was sooooooo proud of me for being an extra good boy! I even got to meet Colleen and her son Patrick. They also loved me.

Annette can you send AC some of the pictures you took? AC only snapped one picture and 1 video when you left. She was never sooooo happy to finally meet you. She even enjoyed the tour of the city with you, Colleen and patrick. HUGE thanks goes out to Grampy F who was the chauffer, since Auntie C can't drive or doesn't want to drive!

This is Annettes flight from Toronto to Moncton Suppose to have arrived at 6:57 pm

DELAYED until *8:20 pm*

The plane she was on had to turn back to Toronto and get fixed!

She is ok and just called me, so I can tell Colleen (Miss P's mom). Well the doggie gods didn't align for tonight. Colleen just called from the airport payphone and said Annette's plane isn't coming in until 9:30 pm. Now it's really coming, I was on the phone again with Annette and I actually heard the boarding annoucement, SHE'S COMING FOR SURE NOW! It's going to come in shortly after 10PM like 10:05 PM. NOPE now 10:30 PM.WHEN WILL SHE GET HERE? No I HOPE she gets here!!! SHE'S HERE, I just saw her plane wizz by in the sky!

Auntie Charlotte is now just feeling BLUE..AC just wants Annette to either get here safely or get a room in Toronto.

So to make herself feel better AC decieded to put on her PJ'S and lay on her bed. AC has had a long day but not as long as Annette's day. I guess Annette started her day EARLY

Yes it's true pups and peeps. Mom is leaving on a jet plane on Friday. She is going to get to meet Miss Prissy Pants and her family and Murphy and his family. Mom is so excited. Pee-in-your-pants excited. The only problem--I saw moms suitcase last night and no matter how hard I tried--I don't fit. What a bummer. I guess we'll be stuck at home with dad. I know one thing if dad doesn't take care of us properly and in the manner we're used to there will be hell to pay when mom gets home.

Oh and mom said to mention that if she gets arrested by customs for carrying a whole suitcase of Sammy Snacks she counting on dad bailing her out. But if he refuses, she might need some help from my pals! BOL!

My pals Winston, Abby and Hartford 's mom*Annette* is coming from Virginia to meet my AC and Miss Priscilla's mom Colleen.

SPA day & NO WA W-A-T-E-R ...

Today started off on the wrong PAW. No water in the taps. No water for showers, coffee and MY REFILL FOR THE DAY. Dad finally got to make coffee with bottled water and gave me some as a refill. NO SHOWERS!!! Today would have been one of the more humid days and not to take a shower *YUCK*.

I got a shower and all the grooming I could handle thanks to AC, Grammy/Grampy F's christmas present. They gave me a gift certificate for a day at the SPA. The girls and boys at the SPA love me,
I just soak it all in! I LOVE IT SOOOOO MUCH.Thank you!!! Now I look forward to showing it off when AC, Grammy/Grampy F come over fur dinner on Saturday. Dad and Mom invited them over today. CAN"T WAIT!

Hi everyfur,peeps and pals.

I have been a busy boy lately. Here goes... My huparents along with my grandparents (F family) were in Maine for a vacation. I didn't go with them, I stayed with my Grandparents (D family) and my fur cousin SAM. Boy what a crazy time. I ran and ran and ran. I did so much that, my dog, it took me 2 whole days to get back in my routine when my huparents got home. I was sooooo tired infact I didn't even get off of my bed to greet them. That's not like me at all. I enjoy my visits with SAM don't get me wrong, he's 1 and loves to run and be crazy. Thanks for letting me visit SAM you're a great pal to have a romp around with.

Today is a good day I'm getting back into my routine and dad has about 2 more weeks of vacation. He goes back to work on August 1st. So it's time for some snuggles with dad. Enjoy your day!!

He likes to get drunk and go visiting. He was the only person that Elvis ever tried to bite. Less than 20 days and WINSTON'S mom will be here.

Happy wedding anniversary..... AC feeds me.....

Today MOM and DAD are celebrating 2 years of marriage! I can remember it well...boy those flowers smelt good mom. I am a lucky boy to have the both of you as my parents. Have a very happy day

NEW LAWN, NEW BLING and everything......

Saturday was a good fun and exciting day for me!

As you can see from the title of my entry... I got lawn to pee on and we now have a finished backyard! My grampy F and AC were here.

My AC gave me some new bling for my collar, it says Murphy on the back of a bone with blue sparkelies (looks like diamonds) it has a seperate little heart charm that says love Auntie C. GOOSH thanks AC. How kind and generous of you!

Today is Sunday and it's RAINING sooooo hard it looks like a flood in the backyard but that's good for when the sun comes out and dries up all the rain and makes our lawn grow.

A visit A visit...

I got to spend the entire morning with AC. She came in and snuggled down and watched the FOOD network. She really snuggled down and slept for about 1 hour. Then we went to sit on the poorch together,we watched the paving crew doing the set up for yet another driveway. The neighbors almost all the way down the street now have paved driveways. We got ours down about 1 week ago and a few were done last year.

Friday, the last day of school for the kids that mom teaches and a visit from Grampy F and AC.

Actually AC came over to visit and keep me happy and Grampy F did some landscaping work with dad! They were here at 8 AM and left around 1:30 PM so they could pick up Grammy F from work.

DO YOU PUPS AND PEEPS THINK I HAD FUN? YES I DID!~here's the scoop~

My AC settled in for a few minutes and then did some shoveling of dirt for our lawn to be, just to say she helped, Then she came in to snuggle down and watch the food network (YUM). AC wanted to go outside so she let me out on my leash 'cause she didn't want me in the way when the *BOYS* brought wheelbarrows full of dirt around! The noise from the older of the 2 wheelbarrows scared me abit, I did get used to it. Then she came back in for a few minutes, went out again, then came back in let me out (you get the picture).

She did finally go to visit my fur cousin SAM whom dad and mom are looking after fur the weekend.She was nervous around SAM 'cause he's abit hyper more then me! But she got used to SAM and enjoyed his company fur abit outside with my dad! She even thinks and knows he's cute, now that she knows him abit more! Thanks SAM for being good to my AC and now your Honorary AC.

Then she went out with dad to get lunch for the peeps! Soon after that they had to leave to get my grammy F .

WOWZERS visits galore.....

Dad had the day off and was snuggling with me and suddenly A KNOCK AT THE FRONT DOOR!!! Who could it be? AC came to visit ! This time she came over with Grammy F. We snuggled and enjoyed the company and then lunch time, GrammyF went out just before lunch to run errands and got a scratch ticket to play and won $100, so she took my dad, AC, Grampy F and herself out to lunch! No leftovers so I bet it was GOOD! Then I got to spend about 1 hour outside with dad while he did more of our landscaping! It's going to be FABU!!! My yard is going TO BE the best looking on this end of the street. Then mom came home and hurried around and off to YOGA she went! BUSY BUSY household.

May 3/4 weekend

Time flies when your having fun!!!

My dawg.. my weekend started with a beautiful yet peaceful day.

Satuday Mom and dad deceided to build a new shed, it took them 4 hours to put all of it together but the roof. It wasen't any ordinary shed it was a snap together plastic shed for their tools and snowblower! They must have had the neighbors looking at them weird 'cause to slide the joints together they lubed them with dishwashing soap (BOL) . Then sunday they finished it. It looks sooooo FABU.
Also saturday during the shed construction I was outside, saw another dog right nextdoor and almost ran off but thanks to mom and dad I didn't get to far. My lead somehow got unhooked and I even lost my tags, not a good idea! Then later on my Grammy/Grampy F and AC came over fur BBQ ! The furst of 2 BBQ'S I had this past weekend.

Welcome to lazy Sunday... I shared some snuggle time with mom and dad sunday morning. Then they finished the roof of the shed. Later on in the afternoon we went to visit my other grandparents (D family). We had BBQ again.

My fur cousin Sam got his *SNIP SNIP* done last week and it didn't really effect his performance. He was just like normal.

MY LIFE AS AN ADVENTURER...is over fur now. Hope i'm not in BIG trouble.

I heard a key in the door and thought my dog who's there? GUESS WHAT ... AC and Grampy F came fur a visit ! Then I heard AC say hello Murphy I ran downstairs and got lots of loving and a treat! My dog how lucky am I to have some visitors today! We snuggled and enjoyed my Three dog bakery treat! I have 1 treat left fur another day!

I was a sick boy this morning just as mom and dad were getting up! My Grampy F says all the boys on the F side of the family have a sensitive stomach*how true*. It must be all the excitment. I am doing better now that I got visitors and loves!

AROOOOOOOOOOtreats.....No AC lately... :(

Well I never got my treats right away! I got a bite of a goodness last night. It looked like a braided bread, I thought it was weird looking but I munched it all up. It was from a bakery just fur dogs named Three dog bakery! My Auntie C surely spoils me but I know she would go to bat fur me if any problems came up (none have come up )!
I haven't seen much of (AC) auntie C lately 'cause my dad is busy and mom is nearing the end of her school year (she's a teacher after all). BUSY BUSY BUSY!

Three Dog Bakery ALERT!!!

There's a new three dog bakery in the area!! It's in Halifax Nova Scotia not to far from my Aunties N&T.

My treats are waiting for me and tonight I will enjoy 2 small bone shaped cookies and a braided cookie! The 2 bones have been personalized just fur me by the owner of the store Leanne! One has my name on it and the other one has a big M and a paw print! CAN"T WAIT TO SAMPLE THEM! My Auntie C got them for me last wed (april 23) when she and my grandparents (F family) went for a day trip to Halifax. I will let you know how good or bad they were later on in the next edition of ***Do the Murph man***

WHAT A DAY ....MEMORIES

Oh my dog what a day .... I saw a guy flip over his bike after he got hit in front our work and trying to be calm after that was impossible.

I found my self @ 4PM atlantic time thinking of my pal ELVIS !

The first time I met E and his mom was May 22 2007 and his mom's work. Elvis melted my heart the furst second I saw him...friends furever I thought and boy was I right!! Then September came and his sister from California came via Boston and I was there fur the excitment of her comming home! Then I got to be her Hon. Auntie C just like I was to Elvis. Then the time came fur christmas and I sent the entire family a card, also I got to make Little Patrick's christmas by letting his family come over to my place the day of our local christmas parade to visit and see my families decorations. It was his (Little Patrick's )first christmas paprade ever!! He's only 7 you know~ then 2008 came and Elvis fell ill and died all in 4 months!

Here's to the memories now and furever !!! To the entire GANG ~

We (mom/dad and me) spent the entire weekend with Sam! SLEEPOVER at Grammy Grampy D's !! Grammy/Grampy D went to Maine fur a trip and left me and my family in charge of Sam! We had a good time, sam is not even 1 year old and we had a ball...I'm abit tired and glad to be home but love to play too. He will be 1 in this summer but i furget when. He loves to play with me and be crazy...I'm like that too but not often!

Well my grammy F got an email address today thanks to Auntie C who helped her set it up! My dog she is getting so connected soon she will not even talk on the phone or if worse comes to worse not even come over (OH MY DOG) ...COME VISIT ME on the web grammy F !

My grammy F got a new toy fur her birthday she got a computer for her lap. Also known as a LAPTOP! My dog I sniffed it when Auntie C put it on the couch just before she gave it to her! It had bright colored paper on it and a bow made of feathers that tickled my nose! That was March 22nd, Grammy has been enjoying it and playing her games ever since and maybe soon will learn how to play on the NET? Dog knows when! well spring isn't far off now. I can feel it and sniff it in the air, it's getting warmer and the sun is getting stronger and more of it during the day! I know it's comming but when, we'll see.
The snow doesn't want to melt and it's still abit cold for this time of year, this is weird since i've been with mom and dad it's been abit warmer this time of the year then it is this year. CRAZY

My furiend Elvis is awaiting the results for yet another test! They think it might be a tick born disease. Poor MOM, she is awaiting yet again and going crazy! She doesen't need this, she's one heck of a trooper.

yes it's been a sad,cold and icy day fur valentine's ! The weather has frozen over made valentine's a sad day!

My furiend Elvis is sick ...poor guy won't eat,his mom is literally force feeding him to make sure he stays alive. DARN infection won't go away. He's one tough dog to be not giving up! He's on 3 diffurent meds!

My furiends from PETS THAT LOVE FUN (PTLF) send their doggie prayers and one special man (BLUE) even sent Elvis a heart and said that Murphy sent me. How much does that tug at your heart strings! When one dog is sick the whole dogster family pitches in to help!

The best part of my day is spending yet another day home with mom! She has had strep throat and is feeling much better, school was closed yesterday and today 'cause of the weather!

Rules for Non-Pet Owners Who Visit and Like to Complain About Our Pets:

1. They live here. You don't.

2. If you don't want their hair on your clothes, stay off the furniture. That is why they call it "fur"niture.

3. I like my pets a lot better than most people.

4. To you, it's an animal. To me, he is an adopted son who is short, hairy, walks on all fours and doesn't speak clearly.

Dogs are better than kids . . . they eat less, don't ask for money all the time, are easier to train, usually come when called, never drive a car, don't hang out with drug-using friends, don't smoke or drink, don't worry about having to buy the latest fashions, don't wear your clothes, and don't need a gazillion dollars for college - and if they get pregnant, you can sell the children.

She said "murphy you were the first thing I thought of" . So she got me a Petco chew toy and gave it to me when she came home New Years day. They went to Bangor Maine . They went shopping and had sooooo much fun!

BOXING DAY...

My families all are getting together @ Auntie C's place! This has been a boxing day tradition long before i was apart of the family. All the humans get together and enjoy each others stories and talk and EAT ! YUM!

Excuse me for such a short entry today.....AHHHH i'm sleepy. I was out for Christmas day, at my other families place!

The D family treated all of us furs with some coool gifts to chew on! My fur cousin Sam and I got to stay out while all, I mean all the gifts were opened ! My auntie N had to go upstairs 3 times and she had handfuls all 3 times! Even a few gifts in those piles for all the furs! Sam,Rowen, galen and I(murphy).

I snuck up the stairs and Auntie NEVER saw me comming! Then the door opened and i ran towards her. Everyone knew but Auntie. She was sooooo shocked! See she lives with my grandparents (F family) live in an apartement.The apartement doesen't allow dogs (USUALLY) but i'm a very good dog so they let me in! Iwas never so happy as I was with my new toys and Auntie C to share Christmas eve with!

I receive my gift today , I like it very much any chew toy is welcome , Mum love her picture frame ,she is going to put my parents picture with mine and my brother and sister ( oncle and autie dogs)I did not know because they lost them ina fire last year . She already put the nice decoration on the Christmas tree ,we were missing a star on top.Life works in funny ways , last year the 6 of december my Mum lost her girlfriend in a tragic accident , her familly name was Murphy !!!!

This month is.....CRAZY

This month is making me crazy in more ways then one... It's December that means Santa Paws and snow... we got over 2ft of snow yesterday (Dec4th) and my family lost power. Thanks to my grammy/grampy D we all stayed warm.

Well, even worse then Saturday.. 40 cm (1 FOOT)of snow. So much snow in fact my dad had to clear a spot for me to pee/pooh om my patch of lawn@our new place! That's bad when dad has to shovel for you to go pee/pooh!

I went to pee this morning and couldn't find the grass... all white! I actually don't mind the snow. I love to chase flying snowballs that explode when they hit the ground. *SWEEET*

Daddy and Auntie C came home for lunch... Wow Auntie C was invited by daddy to come over for lunch today!!! I got a special treat out of the treat jar from Auntie, she came over to enjoy a few minutes with her brother (mydad). She also came to see me, I know she did!!! We enjoyed a short but sweet time today,she came over with the photo album called*HAPPY TAILS* that she put together of ME. I gave it my licks of approval. She also told me i'm getting a special gift before christmas from her, another ornament magnet from Hallmark with a photo of me in it!!!I got one for 2006 and now soon to be one for 2007! Lots going on in my dogster world

Wow lots going on in my dogster world.....

Big and Little...Dot little is still getting used to you. Having a small child and a big dog sometimes is scary. My mom Murphs grammyF still is getting used to Murphy, 'cause it's been so long since Grammy f was near a huge dog she dosen't remember how to react. Even after 2 years of having Murph around she is just starting to realize how Murphy is a big *gentle* giant.

My Auntie C came over...

My Auntie C came over 'cause it was her birthday party(saturday night)!! She got 2 very cool gifts and a few small gifts from Grammy/Grampy D. The 2 big gifts were a 19 inch flat screen monitor for her computer and an am/fm radio Ipod dock so she can listen to her music! Of course she got a cute card from me(seriously),and lots of lovin' and kisses!!!

She turned 25, Wow that's old! Mom and Auntie had a good time busting ballons (by accident with their bums)! I just watched and never got scared once! Poor mom thought she was getting shot! That would never do...Mom decorated especially for auntie C. Lots of ballons and streamers! How fun!!! Mom did a great job, Auntie C loved it and had a good time!!

I got to meet a pal....Priscilla . She is the newest friend of mine here on Dogster. I got to help her to the vets, for her first visit in Canada. Priscilla arrived in Canada last week all the way from LA via Boston on a plane then a car ride here. A long over night car ride too !!! She had a needle and I was outside and I heard no sounds. She was a very good little girl. Then her mom and I stopped at Tim Hortons for a human pit stop. Then a photo op in the back of the truck , then home for Auntie C!!

Great Grampy at his rainbow bridge....

Great grampy is going to be with my great grammy who I never met at their rainbow bridge. It's been just over 10 year my Auntie C was telling me since great grammy passed away. She said to me that she (auntie C) got her love of flip flops from great grammy.That's cool when I hear flip flops I know it's one of 3 people, either dad, mom or Auntie C . I miss my great grampy, I got to meet him a few times and he loved me just as much as the rest of my non furfamilies do. cheers for great grampy F.

A Visit...Good news.....

I got a visit from Grammy/Grampy F and Auntie C , they came over to tell dad about the funeral arrangements for Great grampy F. His funeral is on Friday (Aug 31).

Mom got a teaching contract that allows her to be a full time permanent teacher. YEAH mommy!!!

So with the bad comes some very good news!!

Took a life.....

Darn it!!! My grampy F had the hard task to tell my dad that his grampy died last night August 26 at 2am. Darn cancer. We are all doing ok it's been a sad summer. First Max the dog then Riley the dog now Great grampy F . We have made it throught but it's been tough.

Auntie C here.... C who is Elvis' mom thank you for helping me through this sad time. We are all doing well considering the time has come to say goodbye. My grampy has gone to visit his wife who died in 1997, my grampy has been sad since then, so it's all good!! It's been just over 10 years! It's good to let him go.

Poor D family..... Mom and grammy D were to visit Aunties N&T. That was good but, poor grampy D had to put down Riley while they were gone. I have no one to play with at grammy /grampy D's house. I will have a new frined soon, 'cause they are getting a airedale puppy. Hugs to grampy D!!!He is soooooo sad but it had to be done poor Riley was suffering from old age ( he was 15 )

Basement wall.....

Mom and Dad are putting up a new wall in the basement. It's so we can have a storage area and a seperate room for extra stuff like their exercise stuff (well moms stuff), and the same room is for me to run on the cement floor to keep my nails short without clippers (I HATE CLIPPERS) nasty.

So I was down there with them supervising. WINK WINK They're doing a good job.

My daddies Birthday was a huge sucess!!!

You see both my FURTASTIC families were over to visit! My Aunties N&T and Auntie C both of my Grammies and Grampies and of course mommy and daddy and ME!!!

I even got a present from Auntie C ... I got 2 dog bone shaped decorations for my bedroom, one says LE WOOF and the other says NO OUTFIT IS COMPLETE WITHOUT DOG HAIRS , how true!

It was the best time I've had in along time since my mom and dads wedding party last year! That's when we all last saw each other as a whole family. HOW FURTASTIC!!!

Very short pee break.....

I was in my room (just above the backdoor) when I heard a noise. I went Arooo and barked to protect my house! Then I heard my dad come in and then he came up and got me to come down.... I was surprised to see my Auntie C standing at the backdoor. Then I ran to the door and was sooooooo happy to see her! AROOOO i'm on an over night sleepover!

Well, I love my new place it's not so scary anymore! Mom and dad are away with Aunties N&T helping them move into a new place! Lots of moving going on!!! I'm at my Grammy and Grampy D's place with all my friends (Aunties N&T animals). So i'm being well looked after, today mom and dad come home so it will be another good day!! AROO MOM & DAD come home today!

It's a scary new world.....

It's a scray new world in my new house! It's soooooo Furtastic but scary. The first night I was scared. Even more scared at 6 am the next day! The 2 houses next to us are being built and the people hammered early.. I was just trying to get some ZZZZZZ's. That's one new thing. The other new things are all the new smells, the new area of the city (not as many cars to look at), but lots of birds to looks at. I have my own room that's fun, i still love my time on my bed next to mom and dad!

Moving heavy stuff!!!

Mom and dad got help today moving the beds and all the heavy stuff! I went to vsit last Thursday and i got soooo scared, i ran down to the basement to sniff around and pee-ed to mark my territory! I also put my nose prints on the back door!

Today I'm at my grammy D's house so i won't be in the way. It's nice to visit with grammy D. I haven't been here in awhile 'cause mom and dad were moving lots of stuff to our new home!

I have NEVER been so LOVED as i am now! Kisses to all my biped families (u know who u are).

The moment I laid eyes on you it was truly love at first site! You brought tears to my eyes that sunny August morning! I remember it so well, the place where I would normally have laid my sandals was occupied by a mat shaped like a dog and 2 small plastic bowls. I knew we had a new family member! I went to the door of the kitchen and I turned toward you a looked at you and you started to tear up a bit too! Grandpa F my dad let you out and you ran to me and I never was sooo happy. (i'm crying now as i write this to you)

I was sooo happy and enjoyed playing with you for the first time. I continue to enjoy the Murph /Auntie C time we share. You're always there when I need you to just pick my spirits up and even when I'm at work I have pictures of you on my IPod to make me smile! I'm pleased to call you my Nephew with 4 legs and love you so much !

My Great Grampy F

My great grampy F isn't good. They found cancer on both of his kidneys. What Auntie C has done is kept a cute pic of me near by, it makes her smile, and will be comming over on saturday to keep me comapny as mom and dad move some stuff to our new place!! Happy woof day to my friend Elvis. He turned 3 Just like I did this past May. Cool hungh!

Only 5 more days until my parents and I start the move .... My grampy F came over to pack the special china and to help mom and dad. I of course layed in the sun, when a box would move I would look up and then go back to dream land in the sun! I was the foreman for the packing departement today! Boy did they do a good job. 2weeks 4days

My Grammy/Grampy F got me a new bed for when I move in 2weeks/4days! Well we start to move ...we won't officially be settled until about 1 week after that! So near the end of July we'll be living in our house! FURTASTIC.

About the new bed...It's soft and is sooooo COMFY!I didn't want to leave it when dad/mom tried to get me up this morning. Auntie C dropped it off and I smelt it and then I took a belly flop onto it right in the middle of the kitchen floor! FURTASTIC!

Auntie C woke me up to play and boy was i having fun! I gave some attitude to dad and mom this morning! That will never do.
My great grampy is a bit sad...he'll either go on kidney dialysis and live or the awful choice die! Auntie C was not happy about the second choice! As you all can understand!!!

Hi everyone and paw pals too

It's auntie C ! First of all Happy Friday to you all. Secondly, my grandfather is doing well he will be in the hospital over the weekend! He's slowly gaining his strength. They're making sure today that his stomach won't be the problem with yet another test! Murphy's grampy f is going away this week coming to a meeting for the week, he's not to far away if he's needed thank god!

rough day...

Auntie C was over for a very short visit. She came in and we did our Murphy and Auntie C stuff, then it was snuggle time... a few minutes later my grampy f came in... Auntie had to go.... Her grandfather (my hu-great grampy) took chest pains at our local Costco. They (at Costco) were good to him he didn't collapse but he was in pain... they rushed him to the hospital, then Auntie C found out that his blood counts were low and it was his liver causing him to feel weak. He had a blood transfusion to make him better and he's in the hospital for the night. He's doing well, you know when he starts to joke with the nurses he's doing ok! The moral of this story is.. AuntieC and my hu-mommy do a good thing by giving blood. IT TRULY SAVES LIVES like my hu-great grampy's !!!

Auntie C was over to visit murphy's new home!

Auntie C was over to visit murphy's new home tonight . Murphy's non fur family(Auntie C, Grammy / Grampy F) were over to there favorite Ice cream place tonight. This ice cream place isn't to far from Murphy's new home. So we went to sneak a peak...the kitchen cupboards and counters and the island counter were put in today! So that really means it's getting close, Moving day, wow! Soon Murphy and his mom/dad will be all cozy in there new place and murph will have a room all to himself! Sweet!

Back by NOT so PAWPULAR demand...

Back by not so pawpular demand...the heat. My it's hot, the weather has turned hot and I didn't have time to adjust. It's hot and I can't wait my new home has and air exchanger that will be PAWPULAR with me! The cool fresh air makes me HAPPY.

It's only about 4 weeks 'till we move. FURTASTIC I say. I can't wait, I get my own bachelor pad, According to daddy it's so I can bring the females home, (BOL) I know it's 'cause i'm going to learn to live in the house by myself while my mom/dad are gone to work or are out! It's also so they know I will be safe when they come home.

According to my Auntie C she says there's a dog not far from our new home that looks like me. She dosen't know if it's a male or female but she said it looks like me! Paws for thought, I may make a new FURFRIEND! Neat!

I hope I can see Auntie C soon 'cause my nonfur family and I will be getting busy soon! Moving Day will be here soon!

Daddy day and Auntie C visited...

Wow ! I'm a tired little man. I had Auntie c visit, we snuggled and played. Dad was home and now he has 2 days off. Monday and Saturdays! I love my boy time with only about 5 weeks 'till we all move it's always nice to enjoy abit of time with dad, 'cause soon he will get busy with the move and all the stuff that needs to be done. We had a moving sale on Saturday. Mom/dad and grammies/grampies D&F came over to do that. My auntie C would have come but she did an overnight fundraiser (the night before) called the Homeless Hotel for 2 local organizations that help with at risk and homeless youth.

She camped out from 7pm Friday to 7 am Saturday! They had local groups that help youth and homeless people explaining who and what they are, a video tent to let them know what's going on about homeless and at risk youth, Auntie even got to meet people who are turning there life around and doing good for themselves. Pepole who use the organizations we were helping raise funds for. It was an experience that made auntie C realize how lucky she is to have a warm safe place to live and friends and family to call her own!

Been a sad weekend...

My weekend wasen't so good. Mom and dad and my Grammy / Grampy D and Aunties N&T are sad. My doggie cousin MAX passed away on friday early in the AM. Mom of course took this very hard and i'm helping her by being good!
Mom is sad but I know with time she will be ok. All her nonfur relatives are being very supportive. It's hard loosing a friend . We miss you Max.

Max is ok, his blood counts are still low. This has been causing jaundice and it's effecting his liver. The vets and staff at the vet school over in PEI have hope and that's what my Auntie C wishes for HOPE for Max to get better.

My Airedale cousin.... Grammy/Grampy D's little one

My Doggy cousin Max is doing ok. He just needs time he spent the night in intensive care and is doing well. I miss him...he's the one i run with the most, Riley his bro is older and slow. Aunty C wishes now she never was mad at Max as a pup when he swallowed the back of her earring. She's over it but it was hard to swallow (BOL) at the time it happened.

I had a visitor, Aunty C came over supper early to visit me. We spent the morning together. She left with Grampy F (her dad) at around 1 this afternoon. We had a supper time together as always. We snoozed abit, watched tv,(dad had to get up supper early so in order not to wake mom he slept in the living room and woke up supper early (4AM). ) and we listened to
his alarm clock radio.

Then we went outside, but not for long a friend of dad's came to cut the lawn and put some stuff on it, so i wasen't allowed back out even on the porch. But soon after that it was time for me to go back to sleep as Auntie C and Grampy F had left. So it was ok!

What a day only about 6 weeks 'till I move with my family to our new home!!

My Airedale cousin Max is sick can you all help us get through this. He has anemia and his blood count was really low! He had to go to Prince Edward Island about 2 hours away and is going to be fine but will take time!

My grammy/grampy F and Auntie C were over today.
Only 7 weeks till i move to a furever home with my mommy and daddy! We're all moving together. (Don't get any ideas)

Dear Diary, Yesterday was G-R-E-A-T. I have a pup pal Murphy, and yesterday his Auntie C. and her parents(Murphy's granparents) came to meet ME!, and visit the museum that my mom is the curator of(it was really to meet me, no matter what they tell you!). I barked, I spun, I jumped, I crawled, I whined, I moaned, I wouldn't sit still! I was so excited!!! I wanted to do the "Elvis the Ibizan" crazy run of joy through the place- but I wasn't allowed, who needs antiques anyways, I ask? Buy new- that's what I say. I got pats and kisses, and hugs- Murphy's Auntie C. is great! I wonder if she can be my "honorary Auntie C." ? I hope that she will come down again(when it isn't raining- I melt in the rain) and maybe we could go out in my field or for a walk, or for an Ice cream- that would be wonderful. A day with Auntie and dad......

I got a cool surprise today! My Auntie C came to visit me she was feeling blue and needed a pick me up... boy did I pick her spirits up! We played in the backyard then went into lay on the couch. Then I slipped between the crack, slept behind my aunties bum. It was warm and I like to be warm. Speaking of that ... they're announcing snow, it's not suppose to snow in May. (Is it?) Hope it's only rain I don't want anymore snow! Then at lunch daddy came home like normal and said to me " Murphy I have good news", he stayed home this afternoon and we had boy only time! I like boy only time 'cause yesterday mommy was sick, her class is full of cold and she got it in her throat. Being a teacher she needs her throat to speak, she felt better today and was back at work! I missed her thought it was nice to spend a day home with mommy. (love ya mommy)

Surprise!

I got a surprise. Auntie C and grammy F came for a visit. I got to play outside with auntie and got a treat of ice cubes and water. I know when I hear the freezer door open there maybe a ice cube treat soon to come.Auntie c then splashed the water on me and boy was it cold...then she spilled it on her toes and boy she felt it. It was nice she said. It was very warm today and me being a black colored dog it was even warmer! We had a good time with the water today. WOOFS

Very big surprise today.....

Very big surprise today Aunty C came over to visit and I didn't even know. I got to play with her for 3 hours ....boy did I have fun,we played with my squeeky toys and my blanket became a snuggle zone. Thanks Aunty C...Woofs and kisses.

Another surprise is in 10 weeks is the closing date for my new house! I was a sick boy this AM

My poor Aunty C she came to visit and Grammy F was petting me and oh boy.....i was sick on the floor! Thanks to Grampy F i was fine and he got it all clean. Man...sick isn't the way to go. Then Aunty C made sure i was fine, we went to visit Grampy F, who was working yet again, in the garden behind my house! This is the time of year i get to see a whole lot of people 'cause I live next to a garden nursery! The parking lot gets full of people and cars this time of year! That's how my daddy can afford to feed me !

Aunty C came to visit she was here from 9:45am until after lunch! I went to visit my friend Allison and we did the usual doggy play. I went for a walk to visit my Grampy F who was working in the garden behind where i live! I laid out on the deck with aunty, so we could both get the sun!

Man my Auntie C sleeps late.....

Man my Auntie C sleeps late. She came over very early to visit in the morning and then feel asleep...she slept until almost noon. That's late for Friday. My mom and Dad sometime do that on the weekends, but never during the week. So what I did was snuggle at her head, I was her pillow. Then we both slept together on the couch with our favorite blankets.

Aunty C is feeling better from her throat problems. She came to visit me yesterday(feb 21).
Aunty C gave my family a big stuffed frog. I was barking at it and didn't get a response back , then daddy said it was ok to go on the bed to see him ....the rest is history, he has been sitting on the bed for a few days now and not been destroyed ! YEAH for me, i've been a good boy!
