 Quick Bio:
 Birthday: February 22nd 2005
Likes: Playing! Terrierizing the cats. Eating peanut butter out of my Kong

Pet-Peeves: Toenail clipping.

Favorite Toy: Anything that squeeks!!! My Kong (even without peanut butter), any of the kittie's toys

Favorite Food: Peanut butter, cheese, powered donuts, ANYTHING! cat food, treats....

Favorite Walk: Outside

Best Tricks: Sit, shake, high 5, down, twirl, jump/twirl at same time, roll over (only on the bed)

Arrival Story: I was only at the Corinth Alcorn County Humane Society (Corinth, MS) for a few days before my mommy and daddy came to get me. Mommy saw my picture on their website and called immediately. She knew I was the dog for her. I was just a little boy, 3 lbs, at 3 months of age. Now, at a year and a half old, I'm doing great at 25 lbs. I'm a terrier, not sure what kind. I have long legs, wirey red hair and big ears. And I can't forget to mention my big brown puppydog eyes that mommy fell in love with. We were living outside of Memphis, TN at the time and moved to Omaha this year. It's COLD up here. Grandma came to visit me and laughed at my winter coat...I'm so wirey. :) I have a nice coat that mommy makes me wear. I don't like it when she puts it on me, but i don't mind wearing it. Mommy says that I am so handsome in it.

Bio: I am always ready to play. Play play play. I really love to play when mommy is trying to go to sleep. That's the best time ever! Ha ha. I have 3 kitty sisters, Zoey, Punkin and Pheobe. Punkin and I are great friends. I always try to play with her like I do with my doggy friends. She doesn't seem to like it, though. She always yells at me. But, she always comes back so it must be fun. I really enjoy playing with the little boy next door. We have fun running around the yard. I'll run to the back of the building when I get the notion and I know exactly which door is mine! I'm such a smart boy. I love to bury stuff all over the house and then I pounce on the kitty who walks by it. I have all sorts of habits. :)
Grandma and Pops have 4 dogs and I have so much fun when I visit. We run and play in the yard and Tess and I run all through the house. It's a zoo, I tell ya.

Ever since Christmas, there has been a red dot that appears every so often and moves all around the room. I can't seem to ever catch it. I try my hardest. I will climb the wall, run over a cat (while getting hissed at), jump on momma, and go in circles trying to catch that red dot. It's starting to haunt me!
The kitties even try to get it, especially Phoebe. She attacks it and she's quick. Sometimes I have to sit out and let her play because she doesn't want me to get it. One day I will though. One day.

My doggie cousin Chip passed away this morning. He was 11 years old and was diagnosed with cancer earlier last week. My aunt and uncle got him when they were dating. My human cousin, Grace (6 years old) found him this morning in the flower bed outside her window. She had gone outside to meet her granddad and that's when she saw him. Poor thing even asked if Santa would take her presents away if she cried ("You better not pout. You better not cry, I'm telling you why. Santa Claus is coming to town"). I hope doggie cousin Paige doesn't get too lonely, along with the kids, Grace and Sam.
Chip, you were a great dog and very loved. You will be missed.

I had to go to the vet today to get my toenails clipped. I HATE for anyone to touch my toes. Nope...I won't have any part of it whatsoever. Mommy waited until the last possible moment and took me in this morning. I have to be given a sedative so I will be a better patient.
Haha. I fooled them today. I was NOT going to let that sedative work. I fought it and fought it. I have way to much energy to let something make me sleep. Silly people.
I did worry mommy, though. I must have bit my lip or tongue because I got sick and there was blood in it. So then the Dr had to come in. Why?!?!? I didn't want anything to do with him either. Mommy kept calling me a pistol.
Turns out, I had a slight temperature but was okay other than that. So now I have pills to take for that.
Unfortunately, they were still determined to touch my feet. I know they are cute..that's why I don't want them to be touched. They are just fine the way they are.
The lady vet tech had to practically hog tie me. I just was not a good dog this morning.
All of this over my toes. We get to do this all over again in a couple of months. Dont remind me!
