Best Tricks:
I 'shake' with my right paw, and 'paw' with my left paw! I love this trick and use it all the time, especially if someone has something I want. But, mom likes to confuse me and ask for paw when I think she's gonna ask for shake...
Arrival Story:
Rylie joined our family on the 7th of November in 2006, after a big plane ride from his breeder in Ireton, Iowa.
Bio:
I've got a 'cousin' Oscar who is a 4yo. boxer in Boston, and 2 'aunts '-- Eby who is a 3yo. toy poodle/jack russell terrier mix, and Nikki who is a 2yo. labrador mix -- in Michigan. Oh, and I've got another cousin of the feline variety named Neko who is a Siamese mix in Florida.

So, dad says mom is somewhere called Texas, "working", but I don't believe him, and so I mope around the house because I just know she left me here with him and he's just not as thoughtful about me as she is...I mean, she at least lets me sleep on the bed when he's gone overnight! Not fair. I can't help it if I push him off the bed, I'm a growing boy - I need my space!
I just wish mom would come back soon.

Well, well...I'm 1-year old now. I guess I don't really know what that means, but I did get a couple of cool new toys and some yummy treats after dinner...although, I haven't been able to find my falling apart Nylabone ball lately...hmmm.
The day after my special day, I traveled to MI again. I got to sniff my aunt Ebby again and meet my new aunt Nikki, a black lab mix. Mom & dad kept saying something about wedding, but I didn't get to go to that, they said dogs weren't really invited. I bet I would've torn up the dance floor though!
Oh well, now I'm back at home sweet home, and trying to stay cool. Temps are brutal, but that doesn't stop me from wanting to go out a hundred times a day!
