Arrival Story:
My Mommy and Daddy got me as an early Christmas present from my Grandma Gayle. Her dog Zoey (my doggy-mom) had six puppies in early October 2006. Mommy and Daddy knew right off the bat, only 2 days after we puppies were born, that they wanted me! And they know they ended up with the pick of the liter because everyone who came in said they wanted me, but I was taken! Oh and they were gunna call me Zorro! But I thought it was ucky, so they called me Simba because my wrinkles sometimes look like a mane.

My doggy-mom's name is Zoey and she's a tan 1/2 rat terrier, and 1/2 pug with a dark brown muzzle, a curly tail and one hell of an underbite. My doggy-dad's name is Drew and he's a black full blooded pug. I had 4 brothers and one sister. My Grandma owns my sissy Dora and I see her all the time. My Mommy's name is Jessickuh, and my Daddy's name is Jason. I love to pick fights with the other dogs, and when they don't want to play, I'll fight myself (my tail). I'm a big tough boy, but I'm deathly afraid of going down stairs and I hates snow!

Holy cow! It's been so long since I've updated dis journal. So much has happened to me, you'll never believes me.

First off, Mommy moved to California to be near her doctors. When she got there, the doctors told her that she was going to have a puppy! Well.. not a puppy, but one of those human puppies. So Daddy and I packed up the car and drove for a million days! Finally we got to California and I got to see my Mommy again! I was so happy when I sawed her.

That was back in July, before I turned one years old. Can you believe it? Mommy says I'm a big boy now, but I'm still trying to be her baby until the new puppy.. err baby... comes. Her belly is so big that I can't sit on her lap now, so I sit next to her with my head on her belly.

Oh man! California is so much fun. I got to go swimming in the pool at Grandma Jennifer's house. I have a new sort-of Auntie and her name is DeeDee. She's really old like Aunt Molly was. (I miss you Aunt Molly.) She's a doberman. I thought all dobermans were scary, but I'm not scared of Anutie DeeDee on account of she's so old. I miss my Sissy Dorie and Mama Zoey tho. all DeeDee does is sleep all day.

My new brother's name is going to be Ethan, and he should be here around Christmas. Yes! It's almost Christmas again! And Santy already has present under the tree. But I'm not the foolish puppy I was last year -- I don't dare touch them this time. I wouldn't want Santy to take them back. Anyways! I'm going to try to keep writing and I'll be sure to put up pictures of my new baby brother when he comes!

R.I.P. Giraffie

So, as many of you know, I had a stuffed Giraffe, named Giraffie, since I was borned. It was my first toy and even though Giraffie was twice my size when I got him, I loved him so much. When I got big enough, I carried him around and it was so much fun! Giraffie officially passed away on December 30th, 2006. He was found underneath the dinning room table with his stuffing pulled out. At the beginning of the month, in efforts to prolong his life, Mommy began taking him away from the big dogs (mostly because my Mama Zoe ate his eye). Finally, Hundje got a hold of Giraffie and he didn't make it. Now he must be put in the garbage and then his little Giraffe soul will go to Heaven with the other stuffed Giraffes.

Pictures of Giraffie could be found on my MySpace ( ofile&friendid=127120149)

Rest In Peace

Your time on this Earth was too short.
We love and miss you.

Ohhhh my gosh!

Christmas is here. Last night, we got to open all of our prezzies! I got a blankie that my Grandma Gayle made. Also, I got a green stuffed bone with ropes coming out of it, it's so fun, we get to play tuguhwar with ittt. And also I got a green rope with a tenis ball on it and I gots a polo shirt and Daddy says I look like his little frat boy.. and and and there was soooo much food today. Ham and chicken and all the good stuffs you can think of. But we didn't get one bite of the humans food. But Mommy gave us our baskets of treats. They're little bowls that say our full names on them (mine says Simba Diego) and they have bones and paws on them and they're filled with t-bone treats, homemade treats Mommy made and chew sticks! OH, but that mean Auntie Hundje stole all the chew sticks and ran around the house with them in her mouth. She's such a grinch! Today has been so much fun.. I helped Mommy make cookies this morning.. and by help I mean sitting on the floor by then oven. Also, I helped her do her hair.. by help I mean sit next to the toilet in the bathroom. Oh and then I helped her pick out her clothes for Christmas dinner (I stood in the closet). Oh and finally, I helped her do the laundry and by help I mean I chewed up the strings on the pants and hoodies and shirts. I love dem strings! I've been Mommy's little helper all day. (I'm already trying to score points with Santa for Christmas next year.)

Merry Christmas everybody and everypuppy!

A very happy,
Simba Diego Keller
