About 6 years ago, we went to the animal shelter just to look around and we asked them if they had any sweet, mellow dogs and they told us about Tootsie, who was at PetsMart trying to be adopted. So we drove over there to look at her and we fell in love with her right away. We took her home, she was about 9 months old and gave her a new name, Heidi.
