Arrival Story:
"After I turned one yr old, my first family gave me away, I don't know why. Dial-A-Pet rescued me and I was adopted by Daddy Greg. My dad and I moved from Arizona to California and we had 5 very happy years together. Finally my dad couldn't keep me any longer so with a heavy heart he gave me up. I lived at St. Roch's Eskie Rescue for 4 months with many other bouncy Eskie dogs. My new Mommy adopted me November 2006 and I had lots of adventures with her, my two new Daddies, my annoying packmate Indie, and my furry boyfriend Maestro."

Bio:
Mommy says: Sasha was a wonderful eskie. Loving, affectionate, well-behaved, and charmed everyone who met her. We'd actually met with St Roch's foster dad to see a different Eskie, but encountered Sasha while we were there and we were immediately smitten. We can only imagine how hard it was for her Daddy Greg to give her up. We thank him from the bottom of our hearts for his courage and the opportunity to have had Sasha in our lives. ----- About the photos: The two pics with brick floors are photos that St. Roch's had of Sasha on their website. Sasha had lots of fun playing in the yard at St Roch's and got herself tangled and dirty, so we were busy brushing her out - - one pic here shows how much fur we brushed off in the first half hour! - Sasha crossed the bridge late 2010 of a lung ailment, which remained undiagnosed although her vets and specialist ran many tests.
