Best Tricks: She walks around on two paws

Arrival Story: We just lost our most loyal dog Matilda and her best friend Elliot was incredibly sad. He was mopping around the yard and barely eating. We decided that he needed a friend to cheer him up. We found this anxious black doggie at the pound just dying to have a new home, and we couldn't pass her up. We never used to have small dogs, just larger breeds, but she fits in well.

Bio: Annie loves any attention that you'll give her. She doesn't listen very well, or maybe she just ignores us. She likes nothing more than a simple invitation to jump into your lap and fall asleep. She loves people and kids, so much so that we've had trouble with her escaping the yard and seeing the neighborhood. After a while, everyone got used to a friendly little black dog running around. However, we were scared to death that she would get hit by a car. So, after a carefully thought out decision, we put a radio collar on her to keep inside the yard. We still take her out for walks, and way too many people still know her name.
