Arrival Story:
The breeder used colored collars to distinguish between each the pups and used the color as a nickname. When we went to see if we liked any of the pups they had we asked what their personalities were like and they'd say things like, 'Blue is very energetic but loveable.", "Red is a sweetheart, very calm, but very playful at times, would be a good dog for kids." And when we picked our pup, his collar was red, and we remembered her talking about him as 'Red' and it stuck with us.
Bio:
We adopted Red in September 2008 from the previous owners who could no longer keep him because they were both moving. He's now been neutered and his favorite toy is a Red Kong that he enjoys throwing at you when he wants to play.
