Birthday: December 1st 1997 Likes: She liked the beach Favorite Food: She loved home cooked dog food Arrival Story: Tippi was a puppymill rescue.She lived with her first family for 3 years. She came to live with us at the age of 7 approximately.My vet and groomer estimated her to be closer to 8-10 years old. We took her, knowing she had "behavioral" problems,or that is what they were diagnosed as. We rushed her to the vet on a number of occasions after seizure like episodes. We were never given a real diagnosis, and were confused by many different opinions of many different vets. Her last diagnosis was that she needed to see a neurologist. She died before we could do that. She was given a rabies shot a day before this last episode. We've since been told that dogs with neurological problems can suffer brain swelling due to the rabies vaccine. We'd have never let Tippi recieve it had we known.
