A Pets Ten Commandments

A PET'S TEN COMMANDMENTS.........

1. My life is likely to last 10-15 years. Any separation from you is likely to be painful.


2. Give me time to understand what you want of me.


3. Place your trust in me. It is crucial for my well-being.


4. Don't be angry with me for long and don't lock me up as punishment. You have your work, your friends, your entertainment, but I have only you.


5. Talk to me. Even if I don't understand your words, I do understand your voice when speaking to me.


6. Be aware that however you treat me, I will never forget it.


7. Before you hit me, before you strike me, remember that I could hurt you, and yet, I choose not to bite you.



8. Before you scold me for being lazy or uncooperative, ask yourself if something might be bothering me. Perhaps I'm not getting the right food, I have been in the sun too long, or my heart might be getting old or weak.



9. Please take care of me when I grow old. You too, will grow old.



10. On the ultimate difficult journey, go with me please. Never say you can't bear to watch.

Don't make me face this alone. Everything is easier for me if you are there, because I love you so.



~Take a moment today to thank God for your pets. Enjoy and take good care of them.

Life would be a much duller, less joyful experience without God's critters

We do not have to wait for Heaven, to be surrounded by hope, love, and joyfulness. It is here on earth and has four legs!



Remember, the same goes for cat owners!

A Doggie Christmas

I really like this poem because it so what I want to do. I was able to get up from a lay down position 4 times in the past 10 days. I have not been able to do this for 6 months. It makes mom happy. Its been so sad around my house since we lost Butterfly. I wish she could see me get up. She would be so happy. i have to keep trying really hard for mom. She needs me to be better.


Dreaming Of A Doggie Christmas

I’m dreaming of slow squirrel
One I could catch and make my toy
Or a lovely shoe
That I could chew
Would add greatly to my joy
I’m dreaming of a dog biscuit
Tall as a house and twice as wide
Little toys that squeak
And kids that shriek
And huge bones made of rawhide

I’m dreaming of a huge buffet
With all the plates at table’s edge
Grabbing hefty portions
Of people rations
Before they go in the fridge

I’m dreaming of a long walkie
One where I choose where I will go
Greeting doggie friends
Sniffing both ends
Our tails wagging to and fro

I'm dreaming of a soft pillow
all to myself and end of day
Where I snore the evening away
Storing energy for doggie play...

Halloween Tag

IT IS HALLOWEEN TAG!!!!
I was tagged by my bestest pal Virginia Isabela ('Bella')

Here are the rules:

1. My best friend in the world is Butterfly Thats my none human friend

2. I love Frosty Paws and I get one everynight at 6:30

3. I love going for walks who knows what I will run into.

4. I love to be chased with my dish . Noone can catch me. I am smarter than the average bear.

5.I love to check out the grocery bags when they come in from the store. I know there is something for me.

6. I like to lay on the couch and look out the window and watch things go by. People dogs cars whatever.

7. I just hate that darn cat that sits sometimes on my lawn out front. The nereve of it. It drives me crazy.

The seven pups that I choose are Raiko,Rain,Rosie,Lucky Lucy,Winston XXLP, Murdoch and Queen Kiara
