Best Tricks: I give a high five for 'Go Buckeyes'- no high five for 'Go Michigan'. I can also do the regular stuff: sit, down, stay, wait, roll over, turn around, leave it, give,shake,kisses, back up,scoot over, go get this and go get that,go to my spot,quiet,find it.
Arrival Story: Someone found me on a highway in Arizona wandering around by myself and took me to the pound. I was about 5 weeks old and only 3 1/2 pounds. They said I was a rottie pup, but we aren't so sure. What do you think I am?? One look at me and my mom fell head over heels.
Bio: I won a years worth of free food for this essay from Purina dog food!!

Liberty MUST be dreaming again. I can see her legs pumping wildly and rapidly as she is surely chasing the ball through the sand and waves. Next her mouth is making smacking and suckling sounds as she seems to gobble up a 'Lickity-Split' ice cream from the bakery for dogs. Then her lips curl and she emits a low whine while reaching outwards with her front paws toward what must be her friends at the dog park. Finally, one big thrust of all four legs and I know she is on our bed. For a moment or two she is completely still-no movement at all, then she takes a deep breath in and slowly lets out a long and deep sigh. She is dreaming and reliving the perfect weekend we just had together. Dreams DO come true!

What Am I?!: Mom did a DNA test on me an here is what it says: My primary breed is Rottweiler which means that one of my parents may have been a purebred rottie. My secondary breed is a labrador retriever and believe it or not "in the mix" I have Basset Hound...hee hee, isn't that funnny!?
Woo hoo! Minnesota is cool! I got to visit a hobby farm in Hugo. (http://www.ci.hugo.mn.us/hugo.htm)My friend Jen took me and mom to visit Carol's farm. I saw bunnies, pigmy goats, other doggies, lotsa horsies, a miniature mule and a steer. My favorite was Hazel, the miniature mule. We chased each other round and round and had a great time. Maggie the horse kept chasing ME outta her pen and she was kinda scary, but I was very brave and went back in to see her and tried to give her a kiss. I did kiss Howard the horse though. I also gave Wally the steer a good lick and did a little nibblin' on the pigmy goats. Too bad dem bunnies was all locked up or I know I coulda kissed em LOTS! Only bad thing 'bout the trip was the next day I had "diarrhea, diarrhea, cha cha cha" cuz I munched on manure...yum, yum. I can't wait to go back and visit again. I added pictures to my page so you can meet my new friends.

So far my favorite place to go is the Lake of the Isles dog park http://www.minneapolisparks.com/default.asp?PageID=4&parkid= 388 My most favorite dogs there are Lucy and Murphy. They both look like me 'cept Murph is a minnie-me and C.R.A.Z.Y. He humps everything and never stops! He doesn't hump me though, he already learned that he can't do that to me.
'Nother cool thing 'bout here is now I have an Aunt Irm! Wow, is she cool! I get treats all the time and she doesn't talk to me like a baby. I am pretty sure that she loves me.

Mom did something last night and thought she outwitted me. Yeah, right. While playing 'find it' in the house she hid a treat about 5 feet off of the ground so i couldn't see...didn't matter, I found it. then she tried to trick me good by putting the treat behind the glass door of the entertainment center (this was the first time it just wasn't out in the open)...and I found it again! she is gonna havta try REALLY hard next time if she wants to trick ME. This game rules! Does anyone else play?
