Hello everyone!

It has been awhile

It has been quite a while since I have written. My "editor" accidently erased my previous logs and has been too ashamed to write again. I finally talked her into it.

For the past year I have been working with Save Haven Humane Society as a foster home for dogs that need to be adopted. My human mom thinks SHE is the foster home, but really, all she does is feed them and take them to the vet. I have to do the real work of teaching them how to behave, how to treat the queen of the place (me) and sometimes even how to play.

Earlier this year we hosted Sammy, an older cocker spaniel. He had great manners, and was adopted three different times, but for one reason or another, he came back. After he tried to swim across a lake to reach my human mom, the whole family decided that he had better stay with us. So, now I have a companion. Sammy is pretty nice, but he enjoys rolling on me when I am under my covers! Really!
