Arrival Story:
Blue is actually my father's dog, though we consider him a family pet. I get to see him several times a week.

Bio:
Blue is very loving and sweet. Some people are afraid of him, due to his massive size, but he is very friendly once you get over his 'bigness' and get to know him. He loves to have his belly rubbed and gives great big hugs! He's very protective of his family. He loves to go along on car rides, and has even lived on a 50 foot boat with my dad. Though he's getting older, he still likes his walks in the park, and demands that he gets those walks by barking at my dad at the exact time he knows it's time to go. He'll take his pills for his hip problems like they are treats. He can actually catch his treats in mid-air. Blue likes lying on people's feet and being close to those he loves. He takes up quite a lot of space, but loves nothing more than someone to share his space (especially if he's offered a good hug and snuggle :) He loves kids and is very protective over them.
