It's been awhile...I know.

Dear Diary,
I know! It's been a long time since I've written to you. I'm sorry, I've been really busy. Well, to pick up where I left off a few years ago:

I moved to a new house - away from pappers & mammers - last summer of 2007. I was alone, and kind of confused. But I really liked having my mom & dad all to myself. The house had upstairs and downstairs, so I got some exercise. Dr. Jen from PetsALIVE put me on a diet, and now I've decreased my weight by almost 10 pounds in 1 year! YAY!! You can see my curves! :)

Then in December of 2007, mom & dad left me one day. And came home with a little brown puppy named Otis. And they told me he was my new brother....BLAH! I hate boys! Otis has and always will be my biggest pet peeve, I don't think he'll EVER grow up!

Well, that was 2007...it's now August of 2008. We just moved in to ANOTHER new house. I really like this place, maybe more than the last place. It has a big back yard, I can run FAR away from the house to do my business...it's nice. Bub (Otis) likes it too...but mom & dad keep yelling at him b/c he keeps getting on the furniture, which he didn't do before. I try to tell him, but again, he's a stupid boy and won't listen to what I have to say. We have lots of doggie neighbors, Belle a chihuahua next door, Bert a big lab/schnauzer mix to my other side, and across the street there is Holly a Dalmation and also a St. Bernard...I didn't get to meet her though, just saw her. My mom & dad are so happy at this new house. I'm glad they are happy, cause when they're happy...that means more goodies for me, including more lovins!

Well diary, that's been my life over the past year or so. I'll catch you up again some other time! :)

Still no snow.

It's been a while...and still no snow. I guess it's just not coming this year!?!?! I got lots of nice things for Christmas this year! I even got a toy from my doctor!! Lots of rawhides, treats, dog food, toys...it was an awesome Christmas.

Where is the snow?

I'm so confused. When it's time for presents...there's supposed to be snow...right? I haven't seen any snow! Maybe Santa will bring me some to play in for Christmas...it's only a week away!!! My mom hasn't been spending much time at home these past few days. She tells me she's working or shopping...I guess that's more important.

Today I think I'm going to make some presents for my grandparents...my paw print makes a fine gift.

Tough meat.

Tonite my pappy was tenderizing deer meat. Oh man did it EVER smell good. I wanted to snatch a piece so badly. I stuck my nose real close to it, just to get the smell...at least. But I knew I couldn't have it...I held back the urge to ATTACK and eat that yummy smellin' meat. My mommy and my pappy was SO proud of me...they called me the "keeper of the meat".

Maybe, if I cross my paws, I can have some next time around.

My Beanie Baby

Today is a sad day. My (so-called) best friend, Jasmine, totally destroyed my FAVORITE beanie baby...his name was Beary. He was a black bear. Jasmine chewed his eyes out, THEN she started swallowing his beans! :( The nerve...and she calls herself my best friend. My mom took it away from me, and now I don't have anything to suckle on. :(

I don't know what I'll do...maybe I'll just ask my mommy to buy me a new one for Christmas.

RIP BEARY...I'll miss you everyday!

Week One

I hate my new diet. My mom used to feed me a lot of yummy food...then she took me to the doctor (where she works) and they told her I HAVE to go on a diet...then everyone laughed at me because I'm 104 pounds! :( But anyways...she cut me back to 2 cups of DIET food in the morning...and 2 cups in the evening.

When I eat my 2 cups, I feel SO hungry afterwards! I just keep looking for more food...surely there has to be some under my food bowl...but no! :( I just want more, and more, and more, and more...but there's nothing I can do! Maybe (hopefully) things will get better next week, and my mommy will feed me more; this can't last forever!
