Wemb was found digging through garbage bags in Hbg. city as a young puppy and was rescued through the Paws program in Mechanicsburg, Pa. We adopted him and he had some definite paranoia due to previous abuse. He is now the most lovable, fun loving dog you can imagine.....and a member of the family.
