Arrival Story:
I already had three dogs and I rescued him from the pound with the intention of fostering him until I could find him a home. He decided he had already found one.

Bio:
When he first got out of the pound he had kennel cough that had turned to pneumonia and the worst case of worms I have ever seen, and he was emaciated. He had to stay in the hospital for almost two weeks until he was no longer contagious. The second photo is when he was in the hospital. He was almost totally deaf and had bad knees. He was very vociferous. He was a sweetheart.

Toby passed away on April 4, 2007, just eight days after his sister, Lucy passed - very sad timing. He was about sixteen years old. He had been in our family for less than a year, but we will miss him very much.
