Problems with pictures

Mommy tried to add some more pictures of me and this is the message I got.

You have reached your limit of 10 photos to upload, so you cannot add any more at this time. One possibility is to remove existing pictures and then return to add your new ones. Return to your account page.

I wonder if the 200 is a total of 200 for the family or is it 200 for each member?

It should be 200 for each fur we have here...and if you see that message, at least if growlmy does, she quits what she is doing and tries again later...sometimes that works.

Mommy already removed lots of pictures from all our pages and we are still getting the messages. None of our pages have over 20 pages now.

it is 200 for each puppy if you are a Plus member - sometimes it happened with us but if you insist you might get it

As frustrating as it sounds, do not remove anymore pictures. Contact Dogster via email and they will be able to fix it.

They finally contacted us today. Hope they can fix it soon.
