Arrival Story:
Charlie was an owner surrender to Small Paws Rescue a Bichon Frise rescue organization I volunteer for. He was originally fostering with another family who went out of town for the weekend so I kept him for them. I grew very attached to him immediately so I continued to foster him and once again, as we say in our rescue organization I "failed fostering 101". He is the total opposite of my Humphrey who I just recently lost and we have grown very attached to one another.
