New Years Eve

Well here it is New Years Eve again this one Sybil~Aine will remember because she is older. I had to cut off all her hair two weeks ago & she really looks funny but it has already started to grow. She had so many rat's in her hair that I didn't want to hurt her by pulling on them. I have used Tail & Main on her but it really was so hard to get them all. So off came her hair!!!! It made me sick to see her without her beautiful hair so "NO" pictures for a while that's for sure. Lately Sybil~Aine has been showing her bad side.....getting a little mean at times & that scares me. I don't want her to be a mean dog. Most of the time she is a "lover" but she can get mean fast. Maybe it's just a faze she is going through hope so....Christmas was fun she was so funny into all the paper, bow's & boxes. She had lot's of toys & treats all of the girls did. The only thing missing was the snow & of course our "Bonzi". Tomorrow is News Years Day I hope to start adding entry's as often as I can also I will put new pictures in from Christmas but not again until her hair grows out. I Got A New Nick Name

I have given Sybil~Aine a new nick name it's "Little Shadow".....Everywhere I go she goes I can't get away from her no even for a minute!!! If she is asleep & I try to sneek up stairs some how she still beats me up the steps.....She has been such a joy to have with us she is so loving & wants to be held all the time full of hugs & kisses like a little kid. From the time she gets up to she goes to bed she is on the go. Paley Sue can seem to get a break from her she loves to play. This was her first summer & she was into everything because it was all new to her. She chased birds, bug's barked at just about everything even her Dad when he would come up through the yard. SHe has been stung by bee's, ite by spider's & even attacked by red ant's. She has come up against just about every bug you can think of. He biggest pet peeve is the hot air ballons that come over the house she really goes crazy but on the other hand is scared of them so where does she go? To Mom.......I have to hold her but she will still carry on as they go over. She goes for walks everyday with her Dad, Paley Sue & Maggie Mae all the way up the street & back all she does is bark. She wants everyone in the neighborhood to no that she is there. We just love her she keeps us on our "toe's" that's for sure. Winter is coming so I can't wait to see how she act's when it snow's. Last year she was with us but only a couple months old this year will be a lot different. I think that the name "Little Shadow" fits her just fine "Little Shadow" with a big bark......

Summer Summer It's Great

This is Sybil~Aine's very first summer & she love sit. She is so interested in just about everything from the grass, hot air ballons to the "BUGS" it's so cute to watch her chase them all over the patio. She doesn't know what they are but they are little red ones & some big black one some have many legs & bite!!!! She chased a spider all over the patio & got it in her mouth and it bit her!!!! Boy, she really didn't like that at all. She loves to go outside & just lay in the grass and chew on sticks or chase Paley all over the yard. Yesterday she saw a rabbit it was so cute to watch all three of them chase it all over. She is very interested in birds she doesn't understand why they fly away when she goes after them they fly away she will turn & look at me like "Where did they go Mom" . If it is to hot or raining she will sit at the door & just look out for hours. Today Sybil~Aine is at the vets getting spayed I dropped her off on Wedseday & will get her back tomorrow boy it is so "quite" here without her & we miss her so much. She is a Mommies girl and has to be on my lap all the time so I really miss that plus all the kisses that she gives me. Can't wait to get her back. We love & miss her

Home Sweet Home

Well we are finally home from Colorado Springs.......I am so glad now I can have the run of the house, play with ALL my toys & get on Mom's bed. I really missed my Dad & Jeremy so much. The ride was so long and we had to sleep in a kennel cage which I hated!!!! The grass is green here which I really like because Colorado is dirt no grass & things that blow across the ride they call "Tumble Weeds" they were so strange to me. I guess I miss the other family Anna, Riley & Roxie even if she was mean to me ALL the time. Dad takes all of us for a walk every morning now and I really like that. Oh, and I can sit at the front door & look out the big glass window I really missed that. It is just so nice to be home.

What Hand Full but A Lover

Sybil~Aine is such a sweet baby girl mostly in the morning's & at night she loves to sit on my lap & lick my face. She is a hand full when it comes to the other girls Paley Sue & Maggie Mae!!! She really gives them a run for thier money.......She loves to play with her toys & she will bring them back when you throw them. She got her first hair cut and she looks so cute. I think she is going to be like Maggie alittle scared of different things such as noises, birds and thunder storms. She won't go off the patio unless we go with her because she is scared. This is her first summer with us she is only 6 months old so we will have to train her like the other to girls but I think soon she will be just fine. We love having her with us the only problem is she likes to bark but in time we hope that will stop. We love you Sybil~Aine...............

Home Sweet Home

A Puppy Poem For "Devil Dog" too.....And Oh How True

This morning, I woke up & kissed my Dad's head.
I peed on the carpet, then went back to bed.
"The life of a puppy, oh my, this is great."
Then I thought about breakfast, "I hope it's not too late."

Mom took me outside, we walked for a while.
This never fails to make Mama smile.
I sniffed of everything, that we did pass,
I ate something weird - it gave me gas.

I'm sure God loves me, I know that is true.
He gave me so many great things to chew.
Rugs, plants or rocks, I really don't care.
What I truly like best, is Dad's underwear.

That obedience book, was sort of yummy.
Though it didn't sit well on my poor puppy tummy.
I threw up a bit, but that was all right,
When Mom found it later, I was well out of sight.

I made streamers of T.P., while running at full speed.
Mom is pretty quick - but I was still in the lead.
I flew under the bed, and Mom flew past,
She stopped - shook her head, and breathed, "You're too fast."

Mama later phoned Daddy, and said "It was frightening!"
That afternoon, she was sure I pooped lighting.
She'd sat at the computer, while I chewed the cord,
She thought I was mad, but I was just bored.

When Mama had enough, couldn't take it anymore,
That's when my tushy got shoved out the door.
I live it inside, but outside is best.
Lay in the cool grass, and had a good rest.

That didn't last long, there was too much to do --
Can't quite remember where I hid Daddy's shoe.
I found an old bone, and scratched at the flea,
I watched the dumb squirrels as they jumped in a tree.

I barked at the kids, when they got off the bus.
I can't figure out why this makes Mama fuss.
I barked at the neighbor, I barked at the wind.
I barked and barked, till Mom yelled, "COME IN."

The sun dipped in the west - soon Daddy would come!
I sure love my Daddy: we always have fun.
I barked at my Daddy, then turned on my charms,
I woo-wooed, "Hello," then jumped in his arms.

Sitting under the table - it's sooo hard to wait.
Daddy slipped me a goodie right off is plate.
I raced through the house, and scattered my toys,
Richocheted off the furniture, and made lots of noise.

Mom found her purse - the one I abused.
Daddy let loose a chuckle. Mom asked "Amused??"
I cowered downlow, I must be in trouble.
Dad said "Wasn't MY boy, it must be his double!"

Mom turned off the TV, and said "Tim for bed."
Dad said "Let's go boy," and patted my head.
I got in the spot, between Mom and Dad,
I thought 'bout my day and what fun I had.

Mama kicked out my bone from the covers below,
Then let loose a sigh -- a sigh deep and low.
She gave me a kiss, and snuggled me tight,
And whispered so softly, 'My darling goodnight'.

"Devil Dog"

Sybil~Aine has been given the nickname "Devil Dog" she is just into everything!!! The first week in Colorado she drank potpourri and got sick I knew it could kill her so I called the Vet and he told me just what to do. I was worried for a while but she came through that one. Later she went into the garage because my daughter didn't shut the door and got into dirt & oil!!! What a mess that was......Everytime she gots out side she comes back in a mess wet & covered in dirt. During the day she won't leave the girls Paley Sue & Maggie Mae alone plus Roxy she bugs her to death. At night she is so sweet she get's on my lap and lay's down like a little "Angel". The other two never gave me any problem at all like she does....Right now she is 5 1/2 months old weight around 5 lbs with very short legs she can walk right under Paley and she isn't very tall herself so I believe that Sybil~Aine will be on the small side but so full of engery. We are just waiting for March 10th so we can take the trip back home than they all can have the run of the house.

I Can Do It I Can Do It!!!!!

I can now go up & down the stairs..............Wow I never thought I would be able to go down those big steep stairs but, Mom helped me boy did she ever help me. So to get back at her I went up stairs got into the toilet paper and had it all over the bathroom, bedroom, hallwall I ate half of it than I pulled it all the way into the other bedroom!!!! Boy I had fun until Mom came up the stairs.........Oh Boy I thought I was going to get a spanking but, I didn't because I am just to darn cute. Mom looked at me and said "You just gotta love her" I just wonder what I can get into next? I have already done the trash & the toilet paper what is next? Oh yeah Paley & Maggie help but when they hear Mom comming the get out of there real quick...........Sisters
