Arrival Story:
My mommy looked for me for a long long long time...she finally found an ad in the paper for "Jack Russells" and came to check me out...she picked me because I was QUIET and CALM (peculiar for a JRT)...My mommy noticed odd things about where I was living...LOTS of other DOGS...a Huge ?BARN?...with lots of noises coming from it...things were a little ODD...but nonetheless my mommy took my QUIET LITTLE SELF home...it took 3 days...and then I couldn't hold the Demon in Me back any longer...WOW have a been a nut case every since!!!...but my mommy loves me!!...about a year after she brought me home I started having problems...Arthritis...Dermomyocyt osis ( a Skin Disorder)...I have to take Prednisone every other day because my Arthritis is sooo bad ( I was only 14 months when i started having problems)...turns out the "nice people" who bred me were perhaps a front for one of the "well known" puppy mills in Missouri...My Vet (I do have the BEST vet in St. Louis-ask my mom!) says my damage comes from inBreeding...probably because the JRT craze was very prominent when my mommy got me....Things aren't so bad...the Prednisone covers my inflammation and my mommy would never allow me to suffer not even for a single day...Maybe my life will be cut short because I was a victim of a puppymill but My Mommy and I focus on Quality of Life...not quantity
