Arrival Story: After losing our Rottweiler,we were very sad,and days later,saw an ad for Valley bulldogs in the paper.I won $100 in a newspaper contest and with it purchased the love of my life,Bowser.....He didn't have the best beginning,but his last 8 years have been great......
Bio: Bowser is a Valley Bulldog,a Nova Scotia breed which is a mixture of many-pit bull,English /American bulldog,Boxer,Boston Terrier.All Valleys look different,and they are a wonderful breed.Bowser is our 2nd Valley bull,but he's not likely to be our last.....
Some exciting news.On October 29,2007,we've received word from American Greetings that Bowser and Vikki are in the 2008 Dateworks Puppies & Dogs Day at a time calendar.They are on March 11,2008,and are shown lying in the sun.On Bowser's webpage here,you'll see him looking at the calendar.Then,go to Vikki's page and you'll see the picture as it appears in the calendar.What a proud pet parent I am today!

Dearest Santy Paws in the Northern Pole (guess you're even further north than Nova Scotia so you must have lots of snow-we have over a foot)..
My name is Bowser Tyke ,I'm 9 1/2 years old ,and I've been a very good boy,or so my hoomins keep telling me as they attempt to lure me back into the house after barking at the neighborhood cat,children on krazy karpets,and the like.......
We have a nice new pup pal ( a cute and pawsome female named Maggie from Ohio),and she tagged us to do this holiday letter........Well,I'm all paws and I've never written to Santa before,but I'll do my very best,just like when I'm sitting pretty for a treat...I mean handsome,I don't sit pretty,I'm a male!
Let's see,where to begin,and what was I supposed to do?Sit,stay,no,that's not it........Oh yeah,5 things I'd like to ask old man CLAWS (oops,I mean Santy Claus ) for.....Let me think.......Just a sec...
Sorry,had to go scare the mailman.....Now,where was I,he's moving fast out of our driveway,bet he won't be back again till tomorrow,got him!
5 holiday wishes to consider for Bowser Tyke:
1)That my hoomins will be safely home from Cuba for New Year's Eve.They're skipping Xmas this year to help some less fortunate pups......but I think they're just going for the beaches and sun!
2)Some pumpkin pie would be nice,or pumpkin squares,or cookies,it's all good,and I'm not too fussy when it comes to how I like my pumpkin...
3)A good supply of rawhide sticks and some Dingo Bones for 2008--they say it's going to be a long winter,so we should lay in a good supply,you can 't be too careful,but don't overload your sleigh and have an accident on my account! I can always send the hoomin out for them if you can't provide enough....No pressure!
4)I hope that my siblings at the Bridge will keep watching over me and keep me from feeling lonely when I miss them.....Penny,Molly,Sam and Vikki,your baby brother loves you very much.......When I make snow angels,I think of all of you.....
5)My biggest wish,dear Santa Paws (hope you're not asleep by now,I've been told I ramble on sometimes).....is that all the world's pups will experience the love,respect and devotion that I get from my housekeeping staff (my hoomin bipeds) on a permanent basis.....I am truly blessed ,and really don't need to ask for much.....
