Off his leash and racing through the neighborhood. And while Butter will never admit it-he loves a walk down to Fred the Basset Hound where he tends to get a little 'fresh' with ole Fred

when he doesn't get the attention he wants, he 'flops' like a fish out of water
Arrival Story:
There he was, just a bean looking for a home. His mom was 9lbs, and dad was 8lbs. He weighed in at 4lbs. How were we to know he would grow into GIGANTO Bean at 27lbs!!! That's okay, it just makes him the King of all Shih Tzu! (telling him he's King is the only way we convinced him he's not a rott)
Bio:
We believe Butter (a.k.a. The Bean) is the King of Shih Tzu's. Why? Because he is absolutely GIANT for a shih tzu. He weighs 22lbs, and it is NOT fat. Being the biggest makes you King, right? If not his size, then his sassy mouth must qualify him as royalty!

They opened the door and BAM...out I went!! That's right, you can't keep a good (or slick) Bean down. It was pouring rain outside. I sloshed all over in the red dirt, sniffed it up, and stepped in every puddle I could find. Now I'm a RED shih tzu. I don't even think they could get me clean. HA!

I sure do love to be smelly!!! The smellier the better. They gave me a bath last week, and I did my best to roll in every stinky thing in our yard. Know what I did after that? I rubbed my stink all over the bed! Ha! It works best when mommy bathes me herself....I can stink up a mommy bathing in just one day. The worst is when they take me to the groomers. I think that woman puts some kind of scotchguard on me-the stink just won't stick!
Tonight it's another mommy bath. I'll be stunk up in no time! Ha!

There I was, trying to eat my sad little snack (just a dry ol' milkbone) when who should come around, sniffing me up and pulling my furs? Yep, that's right, that giant pain stuffed into a little package sister of mine, Sugar!!! She can't even chew it, but that wouldn't stop her from snatching it right away from me. She is 3 pounds of trouble. I had to give her what for!!!
My aunt Kimmy thought she was so smart shutting her bedroom door, thought I couldn't get in. Well I fooled her...I busted right in that room, stole all her kleenex, and flopped right in the center of her bed and had myself a nap after tearing up all the kleenex. HaHa Kimmy
