Arrival Story:
My mom had been looking for a companion for my sister Ginger when some dumb dog was brought into the vet that my mom worked at. The vet turned him over to the local animal shelter so his owners would have a shot at claiming him and mom decided that if no one came to get him that she would adopt him. On the morning that he was up for adoption, she went down to the shelter to adopt him but while she was holding him he growled at her (see I told you he was dumb!) and she knew it was not meant to be. She was very disapointed and started to head head home. As she was walking down the aisle of cages towards the exit she saw me, and it was love at first sight! I won her over instantly because I am the most cuddly love bug ever. She took me home to meet my sister Ginger and we got along instantly. But I sure fooled my mom... it wasn't until she took me to the dog park for the first time that she found out that I am a little dog aggresive. It is hard to be such a little man!! I have to stand up to all these other big dogs that think I am going to be submissive. Yeah right! But I am trying to work on it for my mom. I HAVE gotten a little better but sometimes forget if other dogs try to play with my sister or my mom.
