Welcome to my Life!

First Entry

Hi,

My name is Peanut. I am a 3 year-old Yorkie-Maltese. I have had a bit of a hard life until my Mommy rescued me. My first owner was abusive to me and my second family neglected. When Mommy got me, I was a mess! She said I had fleas and allergies, which was why was scratching and chewing my hair off! My nice vet took care of that for me, along with neutering me (ouch!).

I also had never been groomed before...so that was quite an experience! But I felt much better afterwards. It also took me a long time to get used to playing outside. You see, I was never really allowed outside, but I am learning to have fun in Mommy's new backyard.

But I have lived with Mommy for a year now and am loving it. My favorite things to do are cuddle with her and play with my sister, Pupcake. I have another sister, Pippi, but she sometimes gets on my nerves...that puppy!

That's all for now! I'll be updating my diary with my latest antics regularly.
