Arrival Story: Charcoal is currently in a foster home with Last Chance Pet Rescue from New Carlisle. He was to be put to sleep after taken from abusive owners. If it wasn't for Last Chance, I would be dead right now. I am in SEVERE need of a forever home. I was good with the dogs I grew up with but not sure about other. I wasn't really socialized too well. I do get along with cats. Bio: My mom was starving me and my two brothers Stubby(adopted) and Polar Wind. We were taken in and slowly have been regaining weight.
