i foster rescue dogs, and rusty came to me 30% underweight and with scabby, itchy, infected skin and no hair. i didn't even have him an hour and i knew i was going to keep him! sadly, the hair has not grown back (hence, he wears sweaters year round), but he's now a healthy weight and a very happy little dog! :)
