Ivy's Journey---

Lazy Summer

This summer has been long and hot...I am getting older now and I just love to lay in the house in the sunshine or lay outside in the sunshine..Momma takes me for short walks in the late evening so that I can visit my neighbor friends. The kids love to pet me, since I am small and just their size! And if I am lucky, they have leftover 'popsicle' juice on their face that I can lick off!

Bark in the Park event

Mom and Dad took Choppy and me to Bark in the Park....Wow---there must have been 3000 dogs there! Alot of them were small like me... I saw alot of JRTs (Jack Russell Terrors) there and got to greet a few...Then I got tired and Daddy put me in my 'pouch' and carried me around.. We did the Mile walk and people smiled as they saw Daddy carrying me. Choppy was walking and trying to greet all the other dogs...Boy did he get tired! We visited all the vendors and all the booths.. I Stayed away from that toenail trimming area! Well---we all were pretty tired by the time the walk was over and we had a great time. Choppy and I Fell asleep on the couch later dreaming of all the fun we had!

Christmas in downtown historic St. Charles

Ivy & Chopper spent their Christmas time in downtown St. Charles with the Santa Clauses, The sugar plum fairy, and all the wonderful people. Everyone loved to pet Ivy & Chopper and wish them a Merry CHristmas... And as if it couldn't get any better, a beautiful snowfall started......Ivy and Chopper wish all the doggies in the world a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays..
