Likes: butt scratches Pet-Peeves: thunder Favorite Toy: toys dont interest Hamlet, but if Star is interested in it, Hamlet will steal it from her Best Tricks: Hamlet is not smart enough to do tricks! but he will give us his paw if we ask, and if we tell him "Away!" when in the kitchen, he will go to the edge of the room to sit/lay, so maybe he does have some brains ;) Arrival Story: We decided Star needed a friend other than our cat, and we found Hamlet's photo on the Eugene humane society's web-page. He was very underweight and had an ear infection when we brought him home. It seems he had a sketchy past, with at least 3 prior owners, some good and some not so good.
