Arrival Story:
Mackenzie was lost and alone during a cold November, and he was in bad shape. He was so afraid that he growled at anyone who tried to catch him. Finally, we caught Mackenzie and realized that he wasn't so tough afterall! The sweet little boy let us spend 3 hours bathing him and cutting out all of the matts in his fur. He didn't growl or try to bite at all through the whole grooming, which must have been painful at times. I fell in love with Mackenzie right away. He's like a gift sent to me from heaven...I can't even imagine life without my little boy.
