Arrival Story:
I went to the Memphis Animal Shelter to potentially adopt a female Rottweiler but unfortunately the ones that I heard were there were put down before we got there. I saw Jackson and I just started laughing! He was so funny looking! He looked very much like a Rottie but had longer hair. And he was sooo happy go lucky! I was told that he was an owner surrender but that the reason was unknown. I was worried about his temperment, being a male Rottie Mix, so I tested him in every way that I could think of. I went back to the shelter the next 3 days and finally decided that I just could not leave him there another day. I couldn't have chosen a better dog! We call him a Golden Retreiver in Rottweiler clothes. He is the sweetest baby!
