Arrival Story:
Asti was adopted from a neighbor in '99. She was in pretty bad shape too. She was malnourished, lost most her coat, had no front teeth anymore cos she'd chew the cement block (?) out of boredom, had numerouse callouses (still does) from lying on cement floors. Took us a few months to rehab her, but look at her now, she's looks great!

Bio:
We just lost Asti yesterday. We had her in the hospital for exploratoty surgery as she was getting very sick. They discovered she had a cancerous tumor of the spleen. The vet's were able to remove it but she went into cardiac arrest as she was being sutured. I mourn the loss of a wonderful dog, companion and friend. She was greatly loved and she has returned that love unconditionally. She has left behind her two offspring with me, Buddy and Missy. She is missed by all here in our family. When the time comes, I hope to meet up with her at the Rainbow Bridge. Goodbye my girl!
