Arrival Story:
I just moved into a new house and my parents came to help me get settled in. I was telling them that I wanted to get a dog or cat and my mom thought it best for me to start a garden and see if I could keep that alive before I added live animals to the mix. hehehe. So a couple of days later we were outside gardening and here come this little bundle of energy. He greeted us one by one with the same vigor. I fell in love but knew that something this sweet had to have a family looking for him. After an hour or so he was still hanging around with the fam bam as we gardened. We went inside (mind you, I had to be pulled by the hair) to see if he would wander back home. He dissappeared... A few hours later the little devil came back! I decided to take him in over night and then start looking for missing signs and calling around the shelters in the morning. At 3am he started fussing and pawing at the door, so against my better judgement I let him out into the dark. I regretted it the second I closed the door. Tossing and turning the remainder of the night I was shocked to hear the doorbell ring at 6am. It was my neighbor with 'the little devil' in his arms. He said the dog had been running around near my house and since he saw me with the dog the day before he thought it was mine. I called all the shelters and informed them of my little visiter, looked around the neighborhood for missing signs, and even went the vet to see if he had a mirco chip. Looooong story short... almost 7 months later... Cujo is the love of my life and I am sure glad he found me!!!
