 Quick Bio:
 Birthday: October 4th 2002
Likes: PEOPLE! Tummy rubs, SQUEAKY TOYS!, attention, BALLS!, naps in the sun, STUFFED ANIMALS!

Pet-Peeves: Sunny spots that move away, water coming out of the hose, bubble wrap, other dogs and small, furry things that are self propelled--grrrr!

Favorite Toy: Squeaky, rolly, or fluffy things!

Favorite Food: Anything forbidden, Liver treats, My Little Ponies, and the ham and cheese sandwiches of 4yr old boys

Favorite Walk: ANYWHERE!

Best Tricks: Umm...

Arrival Story: We were the lucky ones who took a chance on this big beautiful boy who had been rescued by Four Paws Rescue in Logan, Utah. (Thanks Lisa for all you do!) Such a sweet, sweet boy--how did he ever end up lost and emaciated? With the exceptions of his (controllable) dislike of other dogs and his love of dumpster diving (who can blame him--that's how he survived!) he's just a gorgeous, spectacular lab!

Bio: Chief is a giant love sponge!
He LOVES people and just wants to be with them. He's an enormous help around the house as he keeps an eye out to make sure the dishes are put in the right cabinets, the laundry is sorted correctly, etc... Chief just always happens to be in whatever room I am, but is never underfoot. Ever the gentleman, Chief always gets up to happily greet you when you come into a room.
He sleeps either curled up in his doggie bed or half in/half out, and chases squishy squirrels in his dreams every night. He loves taking his morning round of the backyard--making sure things are as they should be. He's a different dog since his in-kennel training, and is actually fun to take on a walk now! His smile never ceases to make me feel great. He's just an awesome, awesome boy! Big, beautiful, goofy, fun, always smiling, always wagging.

Forums Motto: "Are you gonna finish that?"

Okay, so my mom says tomorrow I have an appointment with a well-recommended dog trainer who specializes in 'behavior modification' and 'dog aggression'. She says it's to help me with my 'anger management' issues when I'm around other dogs.
Give me a break! Can't I just sit around and lick myself and chase tennis balls? I just want to get rid of pesky pooches that dare to enter my personal space. Everyone needs their space, right?
I wonder if this has anything to do with the fight I got in with my foster brother right before he left. He started it! (sort of?)

I just KNEW it! I went for a walk with my mom this morning and who do you think I ran into? My DAD at the amphitheatre with another D-O-G! And this guy smelled just like the smell I kept smelling. Can you believe the coincidence?
Then, this afternoon my family built this huge fenc-y box thing in the back yard. Then mom took me into the garage for a few minutes and when I came out, that same D-O-G was in the box! I couldn't believe it!

Woof! What an exciting day. Actually, I'm having a wonderful nap in the sun right now. But I'm on Dogster now and already have some doggie friends! There is something that smells funny in my house. I haven't figured it out yet. It smells like another DOG! Can't be, though--I've looked all over and can't find one. But, boy...I sure keep thinking I smell someone. I wonder if my family has something they want to tell me?
