Knows hand signal commands for Sit, Down, Stay, Heel, Return, Watch, etc.....Tricks include Paw and High Five.....can learn new tricks within minutes and has quite and accomplished vocabulary! :-)
Arrival Story:
I searched all over the Internet for a breeder of "German" German Shepherd Dogs from NJ to California. I finally found Vom Schreknhaus Shepherds in Kittanning, PA. They had the most beautiful West German Shepherds for the best price. And they were the nicest people too. After waiting until he was old enough to leave his mom, my husband and I drove the 800 mile trip to go pick up our Ace. It was worth every mile and every minute! He's not only a beautiful dog, but he's the smartest I've ever owned! I'd recommend Vom Schreknhaus to anyone looking for a quality purebred German Shepherd from German bloodlines. They are wonderful breeders of sweet-tempered, gorgeous dogs....

Ace is almost 8 months old and doing GREAT.....over 70 pounds and about 24 inches tall. He's such a smart and wonderful dog.....I love him to pieces......he has been sleeping outside his cage at night and has been extremely well behaved. However, we haven't moved out of the crate completely. He's still in his crate during the day while we are at work.......Once I feel I can trust him alone for that long, we'll move to that step. His crate is an XXL so he still has plenty of room and enjoys playing with his bones and Kong toy while we are gone. I hope that by the fall, though, he'll be out of the crate. We shall see......:-)

Ace is almost 6 months old and recovered just fine from the "alteration" surgery and microchipping on Jan. 15th. Today is Feb. 2nd and he weighs nearly 60 pounds......not nearly the tiny tot that he was when I got him in October! I still wonder how big this little boy will get! He is such a clown and so much fun......:-)

Ace is still growing.....now weighs in at 42 pounds.....Will be going in for "alteration" in January.....Sorry Ace :-(
