Arrival Story:
We found Flash (previously named "Stitch," but he didn't know his name) on Petfinder.com. Just from the description of him "1-year-old neutered male Rhodesian Mix, friendly, loves to play ball"), we drove to the East Bay to meet him. He was in a kennel of his angel foster mom, a shelter employee with a huge heart who takes dogs who would be euthanized and brings them to kennels in her garage, and posts them on Petfinder.com. The vets haven't determined what kind of mix he is, so we really have no way of knowing if he has any Rhodesian, Whippet, or any other kind of breed in him. We've decided that he's pure sweet mutt.

Bio:
He is sweet, loving, and runs very fast (thus his name, "Flash"). He's got endless energy, so we're out at the park a lot. He loves to give kisses, whether it's licking other dogs' faces or licking human faces. Flash loves kids! Though he is 51 pounds, he acts like a lap dog and likes to cuddle. He is agile and thin. He's more social than food-oriented, which has surprised us, based on our experience with other dogs.
