Arrival Story:
We were shopping at the pound for a puppy to keep my other hyper lab company/busy. We saw this big black lab and after reading his bio, there was no way we could leave him there. He was 10 yrs old, his coat and teeth were really neglected and he had a large lump on one leg and a large skin tab hanging off of the side of his mouth. He had the sweetest personality,but wasn't the most attractive thing, so we figured his chances of being adopted were slim to none. Even if he only had a year to live, we wanted it to be with a family that could love him and take care of him until then. So we brought him home.

Bio:
Stevie was obviously neglected considering his coat, teeth and the lump on his leg and the skin tab hanging off of his mouth. The SPCA was kind enough to have the lump and skin tab removed and have a biopsy done on both. Luckily they were both benign. Once we cleaned him up and had his teeth cleaned he looks great.
