Arrival Story:
LITTERMATE TO GRACIE..7 PUPPIES IN A GARAGE...ALL FLEA INFESTED AND WORM RIDDEN..WE RESCUED HIM AND WANTED TO TAKE ALL 7, BUT COULDN'T MANAGE ALL OF THEM. FELL IN LOVE WITH HIS SWEET FACE AND GENTLE NATURE.

Bio:
HE IS A RETIRED DELTA SOCIETY PET PARTNER (THERAPY ANIMAL) AND A R.E.A.D. DOG............. UPDATE: On August 22, 2009, Cosmo had an emergency splenectomy due to bleeding from a tumor on his spleen.. He has a subsequent diagnosis of hemangioscarcoma from the pathology. His first round of chemo was awful and he had most possible complications. So that was his one and only session of chemo. Hemangioscarcoma is not cureable anyway so we will spend the rest of his days on earth doing the things he loves to do and trying a few new things. UPDATE: We helped Cosmo cross over the rainbow bridge in November of 2009. He is now chasing birds with his sister, Gracie in doggie heaven. He lost his battle with the cancer but had a wonderful few months. We miss him VERY much and our lives were richer for having had him in them.
