Arrival Story:
I adopted Spirit from the Humane Society of Greater Dayton just after losing Snickers suddenly. She was a 6 month old pup at the shelter and I fell for her brown eyes and big ears. I hadn't planned on adopting another dog so soon after losing Snickers, but 2 days after he crossed the Bridge, Spirit was home to stay. The Spirit Dog says - Please don't support bad breeders and pet stores - only adopt or buy from responsible breeders! AND - Spay and Neuter!

Her full name is Snickers' Evil Spirit In The Sky, CGC - she passed her Canine Good Citizen test. She is my shadow and my heart dog. She is great with all animals and kids. I can take her anywhere with me and not worry - she is so well behaved. Everyone that meets her wants to steal her from me - she has a long list of people willing to baby-sit her! She is great to have in the car so I don't get bored of driving. She is one of the best dogs ever and I am glad that Snickers sent her to me. Spirit is my heart-dog and is very special to me.
