Arrival Story:
Pearl belonged to my good friend who also owned an older Lab she'd had for many years. My friend fell in love with a man who'd had his older Lab for many years. The happy couple and the three labs and a cat moved in together --into a tiny 2 bedroom apartment. Needless to say everyone was tripping all over each other . We had been looking for a sweet, large, young dog that was not a puppy. My friend one day said that if someone they knew could provide Pearl a good home they would let her go, thinking it would be better for everyone. And it is!
