My new Home

Muddy Chi

I got 8 new outfits in the ups today 4 for each girl (ZOEY & CRICKET) they are alike so they can be twins. Well I put one of the pink ones on the girls they looked so cute. They had to out to do their potty and when I went to call them in they were no where to be found. (we live in the country) Yep I panicked and got in the car and went to my neighbors and down the road to see if they were in the woods. As I came back my husband was out calling them too. They showed up....they had gone out into a field full of mud and yep they came back a muddy mess. Their brand new t-shirts were covered and so were they. We all came in I gave both girls a bath and scrubed the t-shirts. Most of the mud came out of their outfits just a dot here and there. Then tonight when I went to put them to bed someone had had the poops all over the bedding. So cleaned up that mess.
Then to top it off we have a neighbors chi here cause they had to go out over night and the lil one is soon to give birth to 4 pups. So that should be my thrid mess. Ya know comes in three's. But that is one I wouldn't mind being a part of.
Just a day in my chi's life. Naw this is not the usual of it. They are good girls. Just had to share with someone. Ha Ha

My Spay

Today was the day mom and Dad took me in at 8:30 a.m. I shook so bad when we went into the vets. I now weigh 7 lbs 8 oz guess I better lay off the ice cream and treats huh.
I bit the Dr. when she wanted to get me out of the cage to give me my physical before surgery. I am not good around stranger's ya know.
Then I went to sleep and woke up a lot sore, they told me Mom called to see how i did, Bless her . They also put a micro chip in my neck. I feel so special cause they never want to loose me, I think moving to my new home was a great idea. They treat me like a queen.
My daughter came with my folks to pick me up she wanted to love me up but they kept telling her to leave mommy alone she doesn't feel good. Boy were they right.
I ate a little supper tonight but mostly I have been laying on mom and dads laps.
My daughter still doen't understand why she can't love up on me, poor lil one she does come up and sit with me now and then.
I want to lick my stiches and I keep getting told no, be glad when mom and dad aren't watching. They also brought home pain medicine for me but I can't have any till morning.
Be glad when this is behind me.
I'm tired so night all.

Forever Home

I have moved to a for ever new home. On Oct. 6th a new mom came and got me to take to her place. When I left I got scared I was already over a year old and this was new to me for another lady to take me in her van.
When we got there I was very shy and timid, I now live in the country and come to find out my daughter lives there too.
It was nice to see her again she had been gone from me for about 4 months. She kissed me and warmed right up to me. The humans also gave me lots of love and reasurance. They welcomed me like I had been theirs from the beginning.
They also took me to see their grandkids and they were all so excited to see me. I like all of them. (6 of them )There are some humans they have introduced me to that i take a nip at but it is okay for me to choose I guess cause I never get disaplined for it.
I sure like my new home and being with my daughter.
On friday Oct. 13th they are taking me to get spayed, they don't want me to have any more pups and I am fine with that. It takes alot out of a girl.
They really Love me and I Love them too.
I am so glad I have a new loving home.
