New Panties

Mom was so upset this morning-she got an e-mail that I would have to had "britches" at the National Specialty this next week. She sent a rush order to PetsEdge who said they would ship them ASAP. In the meantime she went out to Pets Mart & found me some "panties". Now I don't potty in the house but she said we have to wear these darn things just because the hotel said so.

I don't want to wear them & neither does my brother Rom-who has to wear boy protection-now he still has been known to potty in the house so he should have to wear his "stuff". Mom even got us a new crate big enough she said for both of us to ride in on the trip-I don't share my space well but mom said NO FIGHTING on the way. It's going to be a really long ride to Denver.

Road Trip

Mom is all excited-it seems we are going on a road trip in August-I heard her rent a mini van for all of us-her, me & Roman (aka Romeo) to travel in.

She said we are going to Denver CO to the Havanese Speical something. I think it's going to be fun. There are going to be a lot of pupsters there. And maybe some people with treats.

I heard her also talking to our Groomer and getting a appt the day before we go-mom said she wants us to look really good. She told me I was going to be in a Parade and that Rom was going to be in a different one.

Romeo Is here to stay

Mom told me that my Foster brother Romeo is no longer a Foster kid-seems he has a forever home now-here with me. Mom said that we just need to keep him for our own. She says he makes her laugh-like I don't.

She said he will be happy here & that it will be a lot of fun so I guess if mom wants him then that is okay. He really is a pretty neat brother & he had such a bad life before he came here. And since he has been here he knows the rules-I RULE.

Dog Park

Mom said we can't go to the park tomorrow. It may rain. But she said we can go on Saturday. And I was all ready to go tomorrow.

We had a busy day today-chasing squirrels out of the yard. And would you believe it my "brother" thinks he can climb trees. I try to tell him we are too small to climb but he tries anyway.

It rained today and dumb bro played out in it. Mom had to towel dry him every time he came in the door. She finally got the monster (hair drier) down and dried him with it. I was a good girl and stayed in till it quit raining- I did not want to give her a excuse to use the monster on me.

Company

We had company all last weekend. It was great-mom best friend & her husband came to visit. I got so much attention.

And Romeo (my foster bro) got a lot of attention. Mom says he needs it more than me cause he is still shy and afraid of people. I try telling the "kid" that most people are really nice and anyone mom has come here are really great and like us.

Mom is taking us to the Dog Park on Friday-she is a little afraid that once she lets Romeo go to play she will have trouble getting him to come. But I told her-take the clicker & treats and I will come and hopefully he will come with me. I just know if he finds out mom has treats then he will beat me to mom and get more than me.

Mom brought home a Foster Brother

Mom brought home a Foster Brother in March. She told me he was only going to be here for a little while. I thought okay-two days. Well it's been two months and he is still here. I don't want mom to know but I think he is okay.

As long as he remembers I am the boss of this house-it's my house, my toys, my mom. But mom is doing really good to make sure neither one of us gets more rubs. But I think she still gives me more. She tells me I am a really good girl and she loves me tons.
