Likes:
Maggie's favourite thing in the world is her baby, Kowan who just turned one. She has proven to be a great big sister. Also, swimming, hunting the chickens through our neighbour's fence, her kiddie pool, the company of humans and her other puppy friends.

Pet-Peeves:
Mud puddles irritate her. She loves the water, but avoids puddles.

Favorite Toy:
Maggie loves balls, her stuffies, sticks, socks, and underwear. Her favourite toy is her pool!

Favorite Food:
Lettuce. As soon as she hears the plastic bag open she's right there waiting for her snack. She equally enjoys cucumber peels and tomato.

Favorite Walk:
At the lake - Grandma and Grandpa W's.

Best Tricks:
Hide and Seek (we'll hide a toy or ourselves), Solitary Fetch (see below), Roll the ball juuust out of her reach and wait for mommy to get it...

Arrival Story:
I always knew I was meant to be a Golden owner. I begged and begged for one for years, but never had such luck as to be awarded with such a precious soul. My 25th birthday came around and my Mom thought it was time as my husband and I were moving far from home. We got first pick of the fluff balls in the litter. I'll never forget the day we brought her home. She owns me now, and my heart forever.

Bio:
Maggie plays fetch by herself. At home she'll roll her ball off the end of the deck. She'll then race to the other end of the deck, down the stairs, and around to where her ball has landed and back up on the deck to do it all over again. She'll do this at the lake too. She drops her ball off the end of the dock, runs to shore, jumps in, swims out to her ball, then back to repeat the process. She does like her ball to be thrown for her, of course, but she's also self sufficient enough to play by herself.
