Arrival Story:
Louie was a three-time returnee to the StL H.S. and a door bolter. After weeks on the rescue site and multiple relapses running away, we chose to keep him. He is poppa's boy, our black & tan dog.

Bio:
Two months later during the GFP Balloon race, a balloon grazed the top of our tree and Louie charged at the fence only to break the lock and run. We looked forever, but thought he was gone. Three days later AC called to say he'd been hit by a car, but was OK. Louie has never tried to bolt out a door again and is so affectionate to his momma and poppa. He's working on his canine good citizen award now.
