Arrival Story:
I already had a sheltie a medium dog. I once had a Shih Tzu. I was looking at the shelter for a small dog. I missed having a small dog. When we walked through the shelter,York County SPCA. He wasn't small he was medium, but he kept looking at us and we had to stop. He was so friendly so we took him outside for a walk. He was a stray so we had to wait to see if his owners claimed him. The next day we brought up Shelby to introduce her to her new playmate and things were fine.

Bio:
Fred has a charm about him. Everyone that visits our house loves him. He looks comical with his basset hound legs. If someone visits our house and ignore him he sits up for them until he gets the attention he wants. He is a charmer!
