Sitting like a nice Westie and giving paws. He would also bark remarkably like the word "out" when he needed to run outside.
Arrival Story:
We brought Duey home after Duey I had been eaten by an alligator. We were completely devasted when Duey I died, but Duey II brightened our entire lives while he was with us. He was the most beautiful dog, sweet, intelligent and always would do anything to protect our family. His big brown eyes seemed like he could almost talk. Really, he almost did. He used to bark "ouuuut" when he needed to leave the room, and was so smart he knew how to sneak extra people food when no one was looking.
Bio:
Everyone loved Duey. We loved how he would chase us around in the pool, hoping to catch us eventually. We loved how he would play with our cats, but never bother them, just playing like friends. He was everyone's comfort when they were down, no matter what. The day when he was put to sleep after being hit by a driver who couldn't even bother to stop was terrible for everyone. However, we think about our little Duey all the time, and still feel that he is protecting us in Heaven.
