Arrival Story:
I got my Carlin Pinscher on impulse...saw his picture on the internet and decided that I must have matter what. Well my boyfriend moved to Alberta and took Indy my elkie with him so I decided that I really missed having a dog around. I found this website for Carlin Pinchers (what my new pup is) and fell in love immediatly. Carlin's are a new breed in developement and I loved their look and temperment so I decided to dive in and get one. A friend and I drove for 7 hours to go pick him up in Minneapolis MN and then another 7 hours home. We left at 1 in the morning and didn't arrive there until 10 am (stopped and took a nap). My poor baby was so carsick on the way home but I think he's over that now. I live in Canada and surprisingly it was pretty easy getting him back in. I picked him up in Minneapolis, MN. He is adorable and the most loving dog I have ever seen. Cuddle bug!

Sadly Gizmo is no longer with us. Aside from the fact that he wasn't the brightest monkey in the barrel and routinely ran into door frames and walls. He decided on Mother's day to run under the truck while we were moving wood to the bon fire pit and got hit in the head by the rear axle. The head trauma alone was too much for my little man and there was really nothing we could do to bring him out of shock and back to reality...It was a really hard and trying time for us and we miss him terribly...his silly antics and ramblings are greatly missed not only by us but also by his lady Indy...who misses him more and more everyday. RIP are greatly missed and loved non the less! I look in all the places where your supposed to be, but i never seem to see you and your all I long to see.
