Old Age

Two years later

Well it's now 2 year later and Gypsy is still trucking along. Her arthritis has gotten worse and she is now on daily pain medication. A hike for her now is a tour around the birch tree in the back yard. She is still eating well, showes interest in her surroundings and her body functions are still in tact, with no accidents in the house. The vet is very pleased with her general health and amazed at her age. She will be 17 on Dec 12th 2007

Old Age

Well old age is starting to catch up with my old lady. She is almost blind and has doggie dementia. Gypsy's back legs are also giving her more trouble. She will be 15 this Dec.12th. She is still quite healty, with all her organs function rated good by the vet. She is definately not ready to give up yet.
She still enjoys her food and her trips to the pond for a swim.
Now on hold wit the colder weather.
What a grand old girl she is.
