Finally an update to the page!

As you can see from the pictures, Dakota has grown up quite a bit and there has been a big change in her life (and ours). Her new baby brother, CJ, is shown in a couple of the photos with her. CJ is now 8 months old and just loves Dakota. Dakota loves him too, although she can't wait for him to be more interactive with her!! We know that very soon they will be the best of friends. Dakota has been a very good girl making the adjustment of sharing her attention very well.

Dakota is now 2 years old and will be 3 years old in January. Boy, how time flies by! It seems like just yesterday she was a pup hiding under the kitchen table.

Let It Snow!

How come no one told me how awesome snow is?!? It snowed here yesterday and I couldn't beleive my eyes (or paws). It's so cold and fluffy and fun -- and there was tons of it draped all over the neighborhood! What other thing can you play in AND EAT at the same time?

Mom and Dad were dumping snow on me, and throwing snowballs for me to chase and catch. It was so fun, I hope it snows forever! I'm not a big fan of having my paws wiped every time I have to come back inside, but the tradeoff is well worth it. I'm going to go ahead and say that snow might even be more fun than mud puddles!

Oh, Casey is back again (she's the chiwawa in my pup pal list). I'm determined to get her to play with me, no matter how many nips in the nose it takes. You're only as old as you feel lady! Don't you remember how fun it was to be a puppy?
